I have been ripped off by Mohamed. Who was suppose to cap a Gas Pipe and Secure to the wall. I could not find the Gas Pipe, as he said there were many pipes in the Cellar. I asked him to leave I would pay him £25.00 for his time. I would then locate the pipe and call him back to do the job. He refused and said he wanted £70.00. Started arguing. Causing me to pay the money. I asked for receipt for a job not done. He refused asking for £14.00 if he provided a receipt. Absolutely disgraceful person. Use this company at your Peril. Please avoid at all costs. I would score him no star if I could. I've reported him to Trust Pilot.

Scammers, paid £760 for just 2 parts and labour. The guy came to my address last Friday to check my boiler for pressure keeps dropping. Told me needs to change expansion vessel and one other thing. Took £350 for the parts. Came back Wednesday to change everything and charged me £410 for labour which is insane. Will never recommend this company.

Great experience. Quick response to an emergency gas leak. Muhammad performed thorough check, identified the problem and solved it! Can’t thank him and his company enough ! Highly recommended!

I booked a call-out to address an issue with my boiler and the engineer attended promptly. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the final charge.

The visit involved re-pressurising the boiler only, with no additional work carried out, no parts fitted, and the total time on site was less than an hour. Despite this, the quoted/expected cost of £150 increased to £210, which feels excessive and unjustified given the simplicity of the job.

I understand tradespeople charge for their time and expertise, but the additional charge was not explained clearly and did not reflect any extra work being completed. Tradesman was saying the £150 was payment to conclusive and so he had to charge and extra £60.

Overall, the service was okay, but the pricing and transparency were poor, and I wouldn’t use this company again based on this experience.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Muhammad Gas Engineer from Conclusive Property Services to repair my boiler, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided. From the initial contact to the completion of the job, every aspect of the experience was top service.I would recommend this Company to anyone.

I came from Australia to the UK and my boiler wasn't working, I was looking for someone to repair my boiler and I came across Conclusive Property Services and they provided an excellent service. They arrived on time and performed a thorough boiler repair on the same day I reported the issue. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile were greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Very bad and nasty company, they tell you one price and when at the place they pay mind games if they see you desperate in order to double or triple their initial quote. At least is what they done with me , when they seen me desperate and in a vulnerable situation.Despicable people. STAY FAR AWAY . I would not even give them one star

I would not recommend the services of this company at all. They are extremely expensive and are money motivated rather than being motivated to customer satisfaction, Highly extortionate prices combined with poor customer service skills. I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. Avoid!

Mohammed responded very quickly to an emergency leaking pipe in the kitchen ceiling due to the recent freeze. It was quite awkward to get to but he resolutely got to it, identified the issue and came back same day once it had thawed to repair fully. Thanks for resolving a crisis so promptly and we'll. Would recommend without hesitation.

Remarkable service, finished work was pristine! Mohamed and his team handled my work professionally well, I was a little worried at first as it was a newly built property. However, the reassurance and the handling of my work was top notch. I am a Happy customer, thank you Mohamed
