Totally false advertising. I ordered a crochet advent calendar which on video appeared to be at least two feet across. In actual fact it was so small and pathetic. It only measured 10 inches square. Did not contain all that was promised. Do not buy from with retailer

Waited two months Item never arrived tracking numbers I believe are made up and fake, tracking numbers show item in two different places at the same time, different tracking numbers given to PayPal, USPS has not yet received item I can't get my money back or a refund and item never delivered scammers!

Ordered this item and waited about three weeks for delivery which felt a bit lengthy. Product quality is decent compared to the price, nothing exceptional but functional enough. Packaging was basic, product design okay, not impressive but does the job it was intended for fairly adequately.

Arrived in about 3 weeks securely packaged and nicely designed; appreciated decent quality considering affordable pricing, overall satisfied despite longer waiting period for shipping than expected.

Total scam of a company, a 1 star is too generous for them! I purchased a set of knives from this so-called company and waited over 3 months to get them. Once they showed up, they are not what I ordered. I have a receipt showing a photo of what I ordered, sent it to them, and they still deny that they sent the wrong item. It's not even close to what I ordered. Crappy company, with crappy service, selling crappy items. STAY AWAY!

I still haven't received the product I purchased on 01.11.2025. They were responding to my messages and saying the product was on its way. Now they are not responding to my messages and I haven't received the product. There is no contact person or product... I think I was scammed...

Absolute scam merchants, have been attempting to obtain a refund as the item I ordered was not the one I received. No attempt by this company to resolve the issue. Ended up dealing with a company in China, Bell1Ball2, no mention of this via concession web site.

I got an item that was not what they had advertised. I returned it for a refund. The same parcel came back to me with no such address on it.
They got the first part of the name right. Con.

bought the retractable ratcheting straps. Through their ads, the photo showed 4 straps. So I assumed I was buying 4 straps. I placed an order for 2. It took 45 days to receive it. When I received it, it was only 1 strap per order. It was just a ratcheting strap, not retractable as the ad said it was. I contacted customer support, they offered me $4 and then $8 refund. I bought thru paypal so I disputed the charge. Concessiy said I can get a full refund if I ship the product to China. That is not worth the cost.

I guess I'm the 2nd person who ordered the rhino retractable ratchet straps. I ordered and paid for 2 sets of 4. Their tracking is a scam. Took 44 days to get anything and when something did come it was completely wrong. They sent 2 cheap generic regular ratchet straps. Wrong ones and wrong number Their customer service is a joke. Never once said they would make order right. Offered $4 then $6 refund on $48.15 order. They are a fraud

I recoment not boring from this webside.
I tryed order Rhino retractable straps for my workcar.
There was a long deliver time and when it arrived. It wasen't the right produkt.
I wrote customer support abort this and they first offeret me discount 4 Dollar return. And that's it.
It is cheap nockoff chinise stramp whitout auto retractable funktion.
I wrote that it is not as ordered and I want to have the right produkt or money back.
Matter still unsolved
