Buying from an unknown tried and tested company,I was impressed with the service received along with the quality bag which I had been seeking for some months.

I bought the T-shirts on 05/09/2025. When I tracked the shipment, it was still in China ready to ship. On 02/10 I told the company this for the 3th time. After the 3th time they started checking it. On 07/10, I received an email that it was already delivered on 18/09 at a neighbours house (since I was on holiday). I never received any notice that it would/has be delivered 18/09. Checked on 08/10 with my neigbours but nobody received the T-shirts. Asked the same day to refund my purchase. Still no answer. Worst customer service I have ever had.

We bought to bags for our trip to Morocco.
The 1 litre BG suits my husband perfectly for his phone and wallet.
The bigger (1.6l?) bag that I bought is perfect. Just that little bit bigger for a few extra things.
They are comfortable to wear.
Concept Global sent the articles within good time.

Heard about the company on Instagram. I was looking for a new small bag so that was the opportunity. I ordered directly from the store and delivery was on due date. The bag is looking good, very useful for my needs. Good experience overall.

Placed an order for their "2 for 1" deal, needing the bag before a late October European trip. Same day, noticed their shipping is often international, to which I emailed support to gather more information and asked if it was shipped international, to just cancel my order. Support responded and said if I wanted to cancel to confirm my decision. I emailed back and asked that my order be cancelled and refunded my money. No response. This was after exchanging a few emails back and forth, all within less than a minute between responses. Their "founder" emailed me a thank you note and said not to hesitate to respond directly to that email. Which I did and asked that my order be cancelled and still, no answer. I had read several reviews on TP and noted their dissatisfaction with customer service and quality of bags. On 10/14, I received an email saying that my order coulndt be cancelled since one bag was shipped from their US warehouse, this is about 24 hours after my email requesting a cancellation. Now, I responded that I would like to cancel my order since I had originally confirmed with their support rep that I intended to cancel. I will be returning the items back to CC, as I indicated to them several times.

Delivery was good but within a week the teeth on the zipper broke. The pouch is a little on the small side. Perfect for a phone and wallet but not much else.

The clothes are decently made, but falsely advertised. I hate it when companies falsely advertise their clothes.

Reasonable shipping speed for a free shipping option.
At first sight, sling bang looks like a high quality item. I bought the Large version (1.6L) which is great for day to day usage. For travelling with less items, standard size (1L) looks like a good option since it can fit under the jacket.
Had some questions for customer support, they responded the same day via mail. Overall, seems like a legit company which cares for customers. Highly recommended

Ordered 2 travel sling bags in the 2 for 1 deal about ten days ago. One has been sent and is still in shipping. Another is still being processed and hasn't even been sent yet? It states delivery will be made in 6-9 business days and its been 8…
I try to reach out via the support email and just get an automated ai response saying i have been passed onto the relevant team, who still haven't contacted me. Customer service is crap

I was worried about the delivery as we were heading overseas for a cruise. I contacted customer support and was assured my items would arrive in time. THEY DID!! This pouch is so handy for going through security check points. Just take it off and send through the x-ray machine. We felt very secure with our passports and money no matter where we were. The backing does not cause you to sweat. Overall a great produce.

Took a long time to receive the item, but once I received them, they look well-made wish there was slightly bigger and looks very secure regarding the locking mechanism
