I assumed that since there was a Mexico store, it would ship. Mine was stopped at customs and I never received it. I was told I couldn’t get a refund either.

Never received what I ordered
I ordered a product from Conceive Plus four months ago and never received it. I've contacted the company multiple times and have continuously been denied a refund for what I ordered and never received. For four months all I've gotten are false promises and excuses. At this point I know it's probably just money lost and wasted, but I'm still trying to get the refund I am owed. I wish I had never placed this order and had shopped with another company from the beginning. Very frustrating experience.
Edit - Maybe Conceive Plus shouldn't sell to customers in Mexico if Customs is going to be such an issue? Doesn't seem to be an issue for other companies since I ordered something similar elsewhere and received it with no problem. Let's be honest here.. it doesn't matter how many times they ship my item "FOR FREE" if I never receive it, now does it?
