2 nights was okay breakfast was little good parking we park in the mall was too expensive hotel 680 euro pillow was not good

Don’t bother with this hotel. Come back in 2026 when they have built the new hotel. That is their focus.
They appear to have lost sight of the guests who are staying now.

Guest service poor, breakfast is depressing, and very uninspiring.

Room is hot and airless, unable to open windows or change room comfort level. No fridge or ammenities in room. Very basic offerings.

Carpark appears to be reserved for the construction workers over guests!
Absurd!!
First time in Denmark and at a Cowell hotel. Not likely to use them again.
How they have 4 star rating is beyond me.
Very underwhelming.

Mit spørgsmål går på hvorfor får jeg min reservation på engelsk, når jeg er dansker og bor i Danmark. Har skrevet til hotellet 2 gang uden at de sender mig en anden.
Det er ikke ok, det er ikke alle der kan læse engelsk, det er egentlig dem jeg prøver at beskytte. Vil gerne have et svar.

Absolute the worse service I’ve gotten in years! No matter what you want - it’s extra. I cannot recommend at any point.

VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for differents Reasons :

FRIST PROBLEM :
i have booked this hôtel by Booking website:

I have booked this room at 405.00€ (3018.96DKK)

When i come on the hotel yesterday night, their charge me more than 4100DKK (613.99€) for the same room ! (no breakfast added) just beacause the price had raise !

SECOND PROBLEM :
The parking basement of the hotel make me fine of 795DKK (near 110€) beacause nobody on reception told me need to paid the parking yesterday night when we comming on the hotel!

When i claimed on the reception for this fine, everybody are so sorry for that etc....... but they kindly told me : "it was written on the parking lot walls"

So, nobody solved this problem, is it normal to paid 795DKK (near 110€) for the basement of hotel for one night !

I will report all this problems on Book*** too, beacause is not normal to take clients and tourists for stupid man !!!
