Excellent Service

Great cheap delivery, surprised that they offer single switches, not like many other brands who sells a minimum of 10 in a bags. Although they were the cheapest they are absolutely amazing.

First Class Service

One item of a box of three was faulty, was replaced immediately - the replacement was faulty when it arrived (manufacturer design fault so no fault of Computer Orbit), they sent another one, but tested before sending it so as to not cause me more delays (after confirming I did not mind the item being opened) - so now my PC is fully up and running.

Kudos to Ollie and Jack for their great comms and customer service (I used to be a Customer Relationships Manager so know excellent service is key to any business) - can the bosses give them a little bonus as a thank you, I am happy to send the money in to cover it :)

I tend to buy my PC bits from the cheapest decent supplier, but I will use these guys as a priority in future.....

Great service from Computer Orbit

Great customer service after what I thought was potentially going to turn into a negative experience, and not really on Computer Orbits part, but a 3rd party in the chain.
Ollie from the team was very attentive in following up as promised to his word, which goes a long way today, especially with online retailers and difficulties with follow up support.
Everything worked out in the end and I have no hesitations in returning to Computer Orbit and recommending them.

Super fast and no fuss

Bought a keyboard and when it came some of the LEDs didnt work sadly. Computer Orbit replaced it with no fuss and sent me back a fully working one, very happy with their fast service and will 100% be using them again. 5/5.

Faulty item

I ordered a motherboard for my daughters birthday gift, when opened we noticed there was a bent pin, we emailed and straight away received a response that it is impossible to have arrived that way and is our fault, we were offered a paid repair service for the motherboard and we’re met with quite rude responses when we stated that we had only just bought and received the item and didn’t think it was fair to be asked to pay for a repair on a genuinely faulty item. I will be purchasing from else where so that I can check the item before parting with my money.
Please be aware that if you received a faulty item you will be asked to pay for repairs.

We’re sorry to hear you feel the need to leave such a review, especially when what you’ve stated isn’t really the truth.

First and foremost, we pride ourselves on our returns procedure and believe it to be one of the best in the industry. By your own admission we replied to you ‘straight away’, to put that into context we replied to you on a Sunday evening when we were closed. I personally made the effort to reply to you on a non-business day to be as efficient as possible once at 5:31pm and again at 9:47pm. If our returns procedure was that drastic why we would make such an effort to respond to customers on a Sunday evening/night, especially as late as 9:47pm?

You’re claiming the item is ‘faulty’ which isn’t the case, there are signs of damage to the CPU socket, which is primarily caused by end users. To save you time, money and effort of returning the item only to be told the above we explained this in a very polite email and offered a ‘solution’ rather than just informing you nothing could be done. Unfortunately, if you’ve misinterpreted our efficiency as something else, we can’t be held responsible for that.

We’ve offered you a resolution which you’ve refused. Unfortunately, other than that we aren’t able to offer much more. For your reference, had the item been classed as faulty then we would have been more than happy to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, therefore saying customers are expected to pay for faulty items is not true at all.

Excellent Service 10/10

I wanted some keycaps for a Keychron KB, they had them cheaper and faster than the Keychron store.
It was a Saturday afternoon, so even though I wanted them ASAP, I realised they wouldn't be sent off until Monday, but hoped with next day DPD they would arrive Tuesday, being in a bit of a rush (and being a lot of a plonker), I managed to select standard delivery when I paid. (Doh),
Popped them an email explaining my mistake and asking to amend delivery, I got a friendly email back immediately, issue resolved. Then got a further email advising me they managed to get them wrapped up for today's DPD collection. They had certainly had their Weeetabix
So I have no hesitation in recommending Computer Orbit.
