Excellent Service

We received the quote and issued a PO, then the parts were shipped in a very short time period.
We were missing a filter from one of the compressors and Henry had it sent right away. I am very pleased with the service that I received from this company.

My sales man is very kind and helped me…

My sales man is very kind and helped me a lot. When we installed, my electrician had few questions on Friday late afternoon and he called him. Henry answered the phone and gave us good direction with kindness. Due to that, I could start use machine from Monday mooring. I really appreciate for advise and being nice.

Good value product line

When we call we get one of the two Matt’s. These guys are always ready to help and they sell products that have kept our business running for years. The price is where we think it should be.

The Sales Representative was Henry Santos

The Sales Representative was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the product and this greatly assisted in making the decision on which compressor to buy.
In this age of all transactions done on the internet, it was great to get information from someone who actually knew what they were talking about and not just reading from a fact sheet.
These representatives are a great asset to any Company and definitely help increase sales.

Great service until purchase

Great service until purchase. Afterwards when an issue comes up they won't even call you back. Matt I see your reply. The freight company drops it off and gives you no time to unpack the unit and check it out. Second the leaking radiator cap wasn't seen until after first use. The main issue being I left you numerous voicemails and emails and you never replied to me. Scary part is if there were a warranty issue looks like I'd be in trouble.

Sorry you had a freight issue with your machine. We have contacted the mfg for a new cap and recommendation for touch up paint for the scratch.

We try to reiterate inspections on freight.

Note: COMPRESSOR WORLD is not responsible for any freight damages and claims are the responsibility of the receiver.”

We would give 0 stars if we could

We would give 0 stars if we could. This has been the WORST experience with a business we have ever had!! We ordered and paid for a new compressor to be delivered to us. It took weeks to get in. When it arrived, it was damaged. We contacted Matt and explained the damages and sent pictures of the damage. He said he would take care of it and get us the parts to fix it. Fast forward...it has been six months now and still he has not gotten our parts to us despite us calling and asking about it several times. So, we have a new compessor that is useless to us because it cannot even be installed because of the damage. and the lack of concern or follow thru to get us the parts. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FROM MATT AND WORST WARRENTY EVER!!!!!! Avoid this company at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear about this review. Yes, the unit came in damaged from fright company and unfortunately someone in your shipping department accepted the unit free and clear from any damages. Our team did offer to replace the belt guard at no charge as a courtesy and unfortunately there was a long delay in shipping the product from the factory because of supply chain issues. We hope you get the belt guard soon and all goes well. Call with any questions when reinstalling the guard.

I wish you had called for an update vs sending this review.

Bought a compressor (Kaishan)

Bought a compressor (Kaishan). The compressor was supposed to come with a set up through a local company. We never got it. Compressor worked for 3 weeks then stopped. Compressor World then requested a set up after the fact. Set up company sent a quote just to come and do what was supposed to be free through Compressor world. Matt stopped taking our calls or returning our e-mails. The company is literally ghosting us. It's basically a scam. Don't go near this company. Any positive reviews on here were more than likely written by them to keep their average up.

I worked with Matt M

I worked with Matt M. to select a very expensive Ingersoll Rand compressor and dryer I needed for one of my clients. Matt was extremely attentive right up until I paid for the unit. I shared with Matt M. I needed the unit quickly and was assured it would ship in 7-10 days. For the following 7 WEEKS, I left voice mail messages, texts & emails for Matt asking for updates I could share with my client, with no response.

Long and short, Matt is all about responsiveness unit he banks his commission, after that, he has no use for you. Clearly he has no understanding of customer service and less about customer retention. I will never purchase from them again.
