The delivery of the order was late and…
The delivery of the order was late and nobody bothered to let me know that the delivery has failed. Even when I received the order, it was incomplete. However, I finally received the full order after a big push.

The decking arrived on time and with the bags of things needed.
My only criticism is that having bought trip, it would have been nice if something to attach the trim had also been sent pplus some instructions for our carpenter.
However the deck does look great.

What a lovely company to deal with…
What a lovely company to deal with after being scammed by a previous egg chair purchase I was sceptical. However Ryan was super nice and the whole purchase from start to finish was amazing. I was constantly in the know regarding delivery and although head pillow didn't arrive with my order they had it sorted straight away. I couldn't recommend this company enough the egg chair is amazing the highest quality I've seen thus far I litteraly look forward to sitting in my naughty corner in the garden with my coffee my slice of heaven on earth So thank you 😊

Not a double egg chair
Ordered the double egg chair as I thought it was meant for two people. Unfortunately it does not accommodate two people. I would say it is a large single. I would like to add that my husband and I aren’t large people either. In hindsight I should have ordered two singles.
On the plus side as a large single chair it is lovely - comfortable and looks great in our garden.
Delivery was quick and company were very easy to communicate with.

Change of mind..
I initially gave this website a bad review after my email not being answered and receiving the wrong colour egg chair. However turns out they had just missed my email which I do not fault them for at all. My complaint was then very quickly resolved and the egg chair was exchanged within 2 days for the colour I had originally ordered. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient. I’d like to apologise for my first review as it so clearly does not reflect this company at all. The customer service team is fantastic and I’m very happy with my amazing egg chair!
