As a tenant since 2013, I can highly recommend Complete Estate & Letting Agents/ Newton Abbot. The team is very professional especially Sophie Samuel, always very helpful if I need assistance with a problem. She’s always very efficient and I feel extremely confident with them.

Excellent service at the Bovey Tracey branch from agent Tracy Barnett. She contacted us immediately with a house that was almost perfect, then used our feedback to find the perfect place for us on our second house visit, and helped us through the buying process. Would absolutely recommend.

Terrible and so unprofessional. I called yesterday to view a property listed yesteday on rightmove in Exeter (Cranbrook). On the phone the person I spoke said that they were not booking any viewings until next week. I then asked specifically why so long, and the person said that they were not able to book any viewings yet and not to worry because all the viewings would have been the same two days next week. Well guess what! I went today to open the rightmove link to have another look at the house, and it says SOLD! I called them just before closing time today to tell them what liars they are and that they didn’t even have the face to call me to cancel the viewing. Don’t even bother to deal with them!

Complete have managed the purchase of my new flat in teignmouth. They were excellent in every way and I cannot fault them at all. My purchase took a little longer than I hoped, owing to no fault of complete. Their communication was second to none and they did everything possible to expediate the process. We received good, honest advice, which coupled with high quality photography led to a significant level of interest. This company have actually displayed a for sale sign on a protected tree, the sign has been fitted directly under the council plaque. When I contacted the Newton Abbot branch and spoke to “Vicky” her reply was “ I will look into it” The Customer Service is shocking and I certainly would not use them to sell/rent my property!
