Got compensation from Cubana Airlines

They got me the compensation from Cubana Airlines for the delay of around 12 hours. I wouldn’t have been able to get it myself I’m sure, as it’s a lengthy process Of the 600€ compensation they had to pay, I received just over 400€, which I’m happy with.

The company has provided the best…

The company has provided the best service: I've received the compensation for the delayed flight from Iberia. I (along with other passengers from that flight) didn't even know that I should receive this money, because the flight company had already taken care about their mistake by providing the hotel and meals while waiting for the next flight. But Compensador has provided all needed information, informing about our rights and eventually I’ve got the compensation. The procedure was simple: I have provided my boarding pass and passport and they completely took care of everything.

Flight delay refund
