CTN was able to find me a better deal then I could elsewhere across all networks. Very quick to action the contract and accessories too.
Just be aware that this is a business contract with no cooling off period so make sure you’re happy to commit before you sign.

Jack Evans was exceptionally friendly and helpful: talked me through the process of upgrading my phone very efficiently and clearly, and I appreciated his candour and honesty about which package would best suit my needs, encouraging me not to spend extra on a contract or phone with features I wouldn't realistically use. Great experience, and helped me sort out something I'd been putting off for years in 20 minutes!

I first of all got called from a lady called Alice. We had a great initial conversation, although I was busy at the time she offered to call me back which they did, after Alice pretty much triaged me to see what she could do and what I was already getting, she then passed me over to her colleague, name was Aaron real swell guy. Knows what he talks about and doesn’t beat around the bush , great company I look forward to seeing what they are made of.

I ordered a new phone with these compared to networks.com and the SIM card come they said that the SIM card would be changed over from my Vodafone account 202 within 15 minutes that was on Friday now it’s Tuesday still not connected. I’ll run a business online of this phone. They knew that this is a very poor service. Avoid all costs.

I had an issue with the way my order had been managed and also the information provided to me prior to signing the contract. I called twice to discuss this and on both occasions the agents lacked any professionalism and competence. The first agent with the initial K, constantly gas lighting me and taking no accountability for the poor service I had experienced. The 2nd agent I spoke to with the initial M - agent became very argumentative and rude - subsequently hung up on me. Customer service is non-existent and the staff generally don’t seem to know what they are doing or able to follow any proper procedures. Absolutely disgraceful service, they told me what I wanted to hear to get me to sign and now I feel abandoned. Seriously regret dealing with this company - save yourself the hassle and avoid this joke of a company. I did eventually get through to an agent with the initial K who seemed to be streets ahead of the other two agents in terms of customer service and empathy.
Edit: I see your customer service agents have replied to this review with a standard pre-written message. If you had bothered to check, I have already contacted your company to get things resolved and yet to receive any kind of update.

Avoid this company. Once you sign the contract, you are effectively trapped with no reasonable way to terminate. Customer service is consistently hostile, and I have had multiple calls ended on me. Every issue is dismissed with “you signed the contract, so too bad.” This is not acceptable — I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Matthew and Courtney were both super helpful and friendly on the phone. It was simple and straightforward so didn’t take too much of my day to upgrade and they got me a new phone with less to pay each month, so a win-win! Would highly recommend. Thank you both.

Had a call to discuss my phone bill due to it slowly creeping up and how I could possibly reduce it. By the end of the call, my bill got reduced and I was a happy customer.
