Purchased a "Crossbody Leather Bag" I needed to return it as it was not what I wanted. Paid over $38.00CAD for it and the offered to refund me $3.00 USD. When I refused that offer, they came back with their best offer of $6.00 CAD. Very insulting!! .When I told them that was not acceptable to will no longer reply to my request!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! Not a very respectable comapany !!
They overcharge excessive taxes and refuse to rectify. Not even sure anyone is listening on the other side, because the language is broken and doesn’t evwn make sense. Stay away.
The bag is beautifully designed with ample space to store essentials. The quality is top-notch, making it worth every penny. As for the clutch, it's elegant and handy for formal occasions. The order arrived on time and was well-packaged. Their value surely exceeds their cost.
