The company is new to me News Team Group UK. I had several questions about a change of newspaper delivery and spoke ---to a real person -- who had responded straight away to my email. Lisa Petal was informative, pleasantly helpful and, indeed good fun. My questions were answered quickly,sensibly and honestly. Well done News team for realising the benefits of speaking to a human being rather than a robot. Thanks Lisa.

This company is widely selling shoes on the Internet. They have NO customer service and a false email address for UK.
Do not confuse with Clifton Clothing totally different company.
My order No. 1084 as not arrived after 8 weeks. So my advice is avoid anything from Clifton Footwear UK or Clifton shoewear UK. The adverts are fantastic and I got fooled and scammed. What is happening is Chinese companies are using British name,s too sell products sometimes they come sometimes they do not.
That Chinese company Temu and Shien are very good and I only buy from these two companies.

I have 2 direct debit and 2 credit card accounts with this bank
I have had £20,000 paid into one of my accounts
one reporting this as fraudulent payment the took £20,000 back out of my account on 13 july
the money came from MBNA and was to be returned to them it’s now the end of august

MBNA agreed it’s a fraud and want their money back which is fair enough.

SANTANDER can’t tell where the money is and won’t return it to MBNA or me so i can send it to them,

what’s worse is i have made loads os calls of over an hour long trying to speak to matthew who with says it’s with the fraud team, then i also get he’s at lunch / gone home and never calls back

all i want to know where is this money is

i have even been into the Basildon branch and they said there is nothing they can do.

i can promise you Santander does not look after your money

the local kiddies play group could do better

all i can add , use this bank at your own risk

I have no complaints on how Mbna have handled their part of this, and i don’t bank with them YET

Euereka serveys are abusive I was reading what it wrote to customers it played before I even contact to it just to get information and sell it for money
I made a complaint to them they didn't reply they knew id not consented into playing

I wouldn't even give them I one star I've done a order with snack Pro they verified they received my order took the pavement and I have had nothing I advise people to stay clear of this company because you get nothing you email them you get the response so I would really give them minus 5 that's my experience with them do not use them

Claritypro uk .when advertising hearing aid it is £65 then lifetime cover £20 fine but when order placed another £70 charge apears so great offer turns into charge of over £150 with no way of canceling.

Preston Ramsey cars in Thornaby I had a really good experiance when I traded in my old car and bought a newer model I got the top price for mine from any other dealership I visited but most of all the service I received was secound to non the GM I think his name is Greg was a proper gentleman not a pushy salesman he just gave the keys and said there you go check everything you need to there was a decent choice of cars but it was the freindly warm attitude of Greg that gave me confidance of doing the deal I would highly recommend this car dealership it’s in Thornaby Middlesbrough you need to try them for yurself to see what I mean what more can I say

**** Avoid IMAGR **** by Design Gecko, These people will not correspond with you in anyway post payment! I am devastated that this impact on me and my small business is a major one. I feel like I have been ripped off they won't supply me with an invoice or licence code so I can log on.

Car plan take your money but do not full fill there obligation do not touch this company with a barge pole

Turkish Airlines Holidays We have booked a holiday to go to Istanbul on the 1 st of September but when l booked it it said the flight was at 10.55 l automatically thought this was during the day time . I phoned the company and told them that l am disabled and cannot travel at midnight ,their response sorry we cannot do anything l also said what ever it costs to change the flight l will pay again they said sorry ! I am extremely disappointed and urge everyone to keep clear of this company . I bought extra tickets costing me £400 pounds but their attitude stinks AVOID !!

Bellamy London can not give a delivery date. Ordered the product 25/7/26 have asked numerous times via email and they just can not give a date.
I asked to cancel my order and receive a full refund and they suggested returning the item at my own expense when and IF it arrives! I suggested this was unacceptable and should be entitled to a full refund if they can not give a delivery date and have had no reply from them. Very unprofessional service.
They send generic emails stating the parcel is 2 days away. They have sent two of these emails during 14 days. It is going into the 3rd week now and still nothing!

Went to Greggs at Meadowhall retail park today what a disgrace the place was filthy,we couldn’t find a clean table inside or out.There were more members of staff stood around doing nothing than there were customers.It’s a wonder people don’t get listeria never go again.

I went into the Eastbourne Superdrug store and a delightful lady served me, her name was Kymm. I was looking to buy some perfume. She was really patient with me and I bought three different perfumes, she spent time to show me the perfumed and sample what the smelt like.

the item is not as advertised,its a cheap plastic top with just stars on it,the company name is CUGLIVA, the two holographic ocean and galaxy projectors are not what you get dont buy from them.Our grandchild was very upset as we brought these for his birthday and they are just cheap plastic and theres no ocean or galaxy on it and we didnt ask for just stars either incase they say all we got was rubbish
