Horrible quality and terrible customer service

I usually use Noissue but wanted to try this company. The proofs sent back looked perfect and crystal clear quality. The boxes arrived and the entire thing was blurry. Some of the areas you couldn’t even tell what was there because it was so blurry and pixelated.

Customer service told me it was my fault and that “the issue seems like you just don’t like them” and refused a refund. Of course I didn’t like the boxes that looked nothing like the proof! Overall, awful experience and do not recommend.

BIG Thank You from Peachy Deco Shop!!

I'm happy to say that I am extremely pleased with my order with CompanyBox -- I ordered 50 white kraft boxes with my logo and branding image, rather than the gloss (to be more cost-effective) and to be honest, I was nervous about the quality of the print; but the colors are just as vibrant as the proof projected, and the print is extremely clear!

Best of all, I received my order in about three weeks -- less than a month, and a week earlier than the estimated arrival date. I am more than satisfied and will definitely be ordering from CompanyBox again!
From one small business to another, thank you CompanyBox Team!

Terrible Quality Control

I was disappointed because I had ordered from CompanyBox once and had a good experience. However, for my next order everything was totally different. For starters, as others have mentioned, it took about a month to get the boxes. Luckily I wasn't in a rush so this wasn't something that I would come here for a bad review about.

The boxes I received had a print that was very sub-par quality and pixelated. This was a job that cost our small startup almost $400 which is a big investment for us, so we were very disappointed. When I went back to look at the proof, it looked ok to me. Upon following up the designer & customer service rep at CompanyBox (who were not very friendly via email) said the quality of my upload was too low. *why was I not informed when you reviewed it before it went to print?!* I have ordered from 3 other companies (boxes and other) and always get either a warning pop-up or a follow up email if my upload is not sufficient quality. This was not something company box does apparently. ZERO quality control on their end once you upload. Very disappointing to have 250 unusable boxes. They did not provide any discount or credit for a future order even after half dozen emails to customer service, and then to the owners. I expected it would be important for them to keep happy customers and try to at least work with me to offer something that I can put towards the (now necessary) re-order. But I will never order from them again.

I prefer Uprinting who is very good about going back and forth with you if there are any design issues, and costs the same. Plus, options for expedited printing and shipping.

I was very unhappy with the customer service and experience once things went awry with my order. If you are going to use them, make sure you quadruple check your files since there is no one on their end even batting an eye at it.

Consistently Poor

The other poor reviews can be corroborated, in that Companybox is just not proficient at setting client expectations, print production, or customer service. I dislike writing these reviews, but hopefully others can avoid the same mistake and not put their businesses at risk, too.

Terrible company. Not on time. Not courteous.

Terrible company. First order the website stated 8 day then around time. When that day past without delivery, we reached out and were told it's now 12 days. No where on the website did it say 12 days nor should that apply to orders previously placed. Their reply was that the website needed to be updated but they haven't gotten around to it yet. Order came, dull colors, lots of variances in the boxes.

Placed a second order because they were the only ones that had the size we need. Placed it even earlier this time. The Friday before the week it's supposed to arrive, we get an email saying it's going to be delayed. Not even an early heads up as courtesy. Being December's we're shipping out gifts and not having a branded box looks extremely bad for a company. We gave ample time for this shipment and they still can't get their production together.

Awful experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a horrible experience with CompanyBox which resulted in a huge loss for my company.

We placed an order for boxes and we were told that the turnaround time would be 10 days. They informed us recently that it MAY take five more days and to be prepared for that.

We were informed a few days after that that it could be FIVE days MORE than that (so a 10 day delay). I reached out a day or two later to find out exactly when I should plan on receiving my order by, to which CompanyBox told me that they may not even be ready to ship at that point. So we are left with the possibility of a 20 business day delay. Meanwhile, I'm the one who had to be reaching out to CompanyBox for the updates. I wasn't informed of the second delay and the possibility of a third delay until I reached out to THEM.

Communication was not prompt, and I had to speak with four or five different people. The most common response was "sorry for the inconvenience but nothing can be done about this."

I highly recommend that you avoid CompanyBox. I hate writing a negative review, as I know how damaging it could be to a small business, but this was truly a disaster of an experience.
