I had someone on the phone today when I call in because I needed help with my bills cuz I lost my job and this person call Melvin. He was the one that was helping me and he is really good. His voice. Even he don't see his Facebook. He can feel when he's talking to that. He really want to help even when the phone drop he call back and that is how someone that is working supposed to behave. So Melvin. Thank you so much for your help! I feel so good and relieved that I can get help and you yourself calm me down so thank you so much. Have a nice day

Called to speak about an outstanding balance that I was late for as been out of work over Christmas. I was very worried about the letter I had received, but got help by Daniel who sorted my account out with promise to pay date now feel much more at ease. Thank you

Dealt with Assad today, really helpful and sorted out my problems with online systems. Listened to my requirements and sorted each one out perfectly. Amazing guy for customer service.

Used creation a couple of times now. Service is great. Had an issue with the app so called and spoke to Cameron who was really straight forward to talk to, was happy to help and solved my issue quickly. A credit to the company. Thanks Cameron.

I had spoken with Seyi regarding a payment plan issue which he went to abundant lengths to negotiate and resolve. Lovely customer service, short call wait times and quick results.

Getting an agent on the phone is non existent now as all their numbers are automated with no options to speak to an agent. I have called at least 8 different numbers and still cannot get a human to speak to yet. I have had two hard searches done for the same day when it should be one.

I have plan with creation and there was some error with the direct debit settings so spoke to Daniel..who was so professional and polite in his manner of speech...he dealt n understood my query and solved it in true customer service manner..truly needs to be commended for his survey...thankyou Daniel.

My assistant, Eva was very helpful today.

Sean from the team was an amazing help. So far with the uncertainty that surrounds us it is heartwarming to know some companies have seen the potential backlash of this living crisis and the need for action to get us to the other side it is quite real, I was made aware of options I have support readily available in order to keep working together toward the end of this has been enough to make my day.

Had furniture on interest free credit through Creation, and I can honestly say I had a great experience. Setting up the credit was straight forward and was approved quickly. When I telephoned to change details after moving house, customer services were excellent! Their automated telephone system is really good as the options cover a multitude of queries making it a very useful and informative tool. I have recently finished my payment plan and can honestly say I would be more than happy to use Creation again.

Joanne was very patient and understanding that I have diffulty using on line systems especially when making payments..her time was appreciated in explaining the whole process and not making me feel silly ..thank you Joanne the company are lucky to have you

I phoned this afternoon to discuss my account, I spoke with Aziz who has been so brilliant I felt I had to leave a review.
Aziz talked me through my options going forwards and spoke with me on a personal level, Aziz and creation as a whole has great customer service….thank you for your help
