Waiting for month s now for my sneakers. Hardly any feedback, chat not working,..... I paid 150€ but will probably never get my sneakers. I asked my money back via Mastercard but this is very cumbersom. Such a shame with such a nice sustainability program these people do not deserve any trust !

Terrible costumer service. I ordered 3 1/2 month ago, got a notification that it was shipped 2 months ago and never heard from them again. Of course I never got the pair of shoes.
After 6 weeks of the shipping notification, I got a email saying that they can't produce the shoes and I should choose a different pair.
I texted them multiple times about a refund, but never heard from them back. They regularly delete negative comments on Instagram, but aren't able to respond to a message.

These are the best sneakers I’ve ever had. Initially I was a bit reluctant to get a made to order pair of shoes (due to longer delivery dates, as you can see on other reviews) but now I can say the wait was completely worth it. I bought The Court Sneaker and they are amazing. Super comfortable and seems to be also very durable. Super happy to have found this brand!!

Would give 0 stars, but that is unfortunately not possible. Worst service and communication ever. It lasted 8 weeks to get the shoes and then by surprise I received them in wrong size. I tried to contact them several times, no chance........my money is gone. Do not buy from this company, it is only going to create hassle....

I ordered a snicker on line on 4th of April from comovita, they took the money straight away but I contacted them many times, they literally have no customer service and no one reply back , I have no idea if I ever going to receive my order , but for sure will report their company. Never ever buy any thing on line except the well stabilised company.

I ordered a pair of their limited edition trainers at the beginning of March, they take a long time to come which was fine because they make them to order but then they sent the wrong size. Naturally I was happy to send them back and have the correct size replace them. I have sent countless emails (had one response to my first email and no follow ups and zero responses to my all my others), Sent numerous WhatsApp messages to the number they have on the website and sent DMs on Instagram. I even had to comment on their picture to try and get their attention for them to delete the comment and STILL not get back to me!! You'd think they'd have some respect for customers spending €150 on trainers. I just want to send the shoes back and honestly my money back and no replacement. Such a con. Customer service terrible. DO NOT BUY!

Wonderful experience and great sneakers. I purchased two pairs of sneakers (for me and my boyfriend) and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I love the fact that they are hand made in my country and that the leather is made from waste, also, I reached them to ask for two pairs of extra laces and they send them for free, really happy :)

If I could go back in time and not purchase the sneakers I would!
I ordered my sneacners in March and was told I’d receive them end of April. I did receive the “your sneakers are being made email” 12th of April and no word since. I have been trying to reach them to get an update and I’m getting no answers. They were fast to take the money out of my account - usually companies do that AFTER they send the shipment. I hope when I receive they shoes (if I ever do (I’m starting to doubt this company)) that they are perfect so I won’t have to fight with returns or anything. If the delay is in fact related to COVID it would be good style to update your customers if you actually want them to return - if not continue what you’re doing Comovita. This is just beyond bad service

Love Comovita. I purchased their sneakers back in March and received them a week ago and could not be happier with them. They are so comfortable I feel like wearing them everywhere. Hope they release new models as I’d love to keep buying from them.

Best sneakers I ever had. The quality of the shoes is incredible and I’m in love with the fact that they are made to order (zero waste) with vegan leather. I saw some negative reviews but my experience with Comovita has been just incredible. Will keep buying from them!

Best customer service ever!! I wanted to buy a pair of their sneakers for my girlfriends birthday which was in 2 weeks so I reached the team asking if there was a way to produce my sneakers faster and they did it although their normal delivery time is about 4 weeks. The sneakers came with a 50€ birthday gift card so my girlfriend could also get a pair of custom made jeans. Loved the experience and the sneakers look fabulous!

I can see from other reviews here that my experience is a shared one. For a so called "sustainable" company they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered their perfect jeans four months ago and despite hounding them on every messaging chanel we could find have heard nothing. Please avoid and use any other ethically minded clothing companies you can find.

If i could give it 0 stars i would.
I placed an order for their speakers on the 8 of november. I received my shoes around the 11 of december, without any update mails that they promis to send.
Unfortunally the shoes were to big. So i send them an email asking if they had a size smaller i could switch with. 4 days later i got an email back saying they would look into it and respond back within 48 hours. It took 5 emails, and around 700 more hours then promised, for them to respond. Since then they have been 'reviewing' my 'request', as if it is not a right. And they say in those emails that you will get a "personal response.(usually within 48 hours)." I havent seen one and it has been weeks. They send a useless link with it to gaan trust i guess. It gave me hope and i have asked them what to do with the link etc. I have send them 10 email, a WhatsApp message and tried to call them, all in good spirit. Nothing worked. Their ethical branding doesnt seem to be so ethical after all and i would not recommand buying from them.

The best jeans I’ve ever worn. I’m so happy I decided to give a try to the custom made service of COMOVITA. The service has been incredible and the result is a pair of jeans that fit like a glove and look very resistant. I also think it’s very cool that I can get from now on jeans without size, love it

The best sneakers. I discovered COMOVITA on Instagram a few months ago and I have to say they are becoming one of my favorite brands. The products are just incredible (I own the Blue Navy kicks) and the service and mission of this brand is just delightful. I'm really happy to have found them, it would be amazing if they released new models.

Great customer experience and amazing sneakers! I bought a pair of these sneakers last November for my boyfriend and unfortunately there were a big big, I contacted them and within one week I got a new pair and a gift card, really amazing experience. I’m really looking forward to try the custom jeans, they look fab!

Really good jeans. I was a bit reluctant initially to purchase a pair of made-to-measure jeans but the experience was amazing. It took me less than 3 minutes to create my jeans and less than 2 weeks later I received them at home. The result? The best pants I ever had. I can’t stop wearing them, worthy every Penny.

Very bad experience.

Bought the perfect jeans- received the confirmation email but did not receive the link to do the measurements. Eventually got this after I contacted them. Had some issues with the measurements and emailed again for advice which they ignored. When they eventually got back to me they implied it was my fault I wasn’t receiving emails. I submitted the measurements but didn’t get any confirmation of them receiving this. Contacted them on WhatsApp to ask for a refund as they were still not replying to my emails. They said they would process a refund if i confirmed I wanted one. I confirmed this via WhatsApp and email, since then they have not read any of my WhatsApp messages or made any effort to contact me. The refund was not processed. Tried to contact them on Instagram and Facebook but they also haven’t acknowledged my attempts to contact them. Eventually went through the bank to get my money back.

Definitely don’t buy anything from them.

Super happy with my custom-made jeans. So happy to be able to get tailored products online :)
