Crosby Intruder Alarms moved over to Communicate Telecoms originally for just our Hosted Phone System in November 2024 after we had major problems with our previous supplier of 10+ years due to them being purchased by a corporate monster. Peter initially came out to see us, discussed the deal and provided a solution to me that was fit for our business. All numbers transferred without any issue and we where up and running with a more cost effective, efficient system.

We then moved over our mobiles in March 2025 and again the transfer was carried out with out any issues. I drive a hard bargain and had Peter up the wall, but he was able to provide me with a deal which again was better for our business and met our needs supplying new hardware.

The Sales/Account Manager Team (Peter), Technical Team (Ben) and Finance (John) everyone has been so helpful and knowledgeable. We are no longer just a number and we feel appreciated as a business.

For example, our old provider operated a stupid ticket system, that would take 10 mins to complete. You then waited hours for a response, could no longer speak to anyone on the phone it was all done via email. I have recently emailed Peter to add on a bolt on to 2 of my mobile numbers and received a text from EE 6 minutes later followed up by a personal phone call from Peter telling me all was sorted.

After 2+ years of being charged over the odds for out dated equipment, poor internet, £70+ call out fees every time something went wrong, Peter popped in and solved our issues. We moved to communicate with the promise of better internet, better hardware and full transparency and they delivered! I couldn't recommend Peter and the team highly enough. Thanks guys for everything!

Communicate have recently installed a new phone system in our office and I cannot recommend them enough. From the first visit from John who gave us sound advice on what we needed (and was the only person to look at the system we currently had) to the installation and after service from Ben. Nothing has been too much trouble and the personal service we have received has made the change over in systems incredibly smooth. I cannot recommend this company enough. We even received a visit from Beau, the Barketing Manager which made our day.

After a terrible experience with our previous phone & internet provider Peter was fantasitc. He helped us sort everything out without too much stress and saved us a load of money in the process. I can't recommend Peter and everyone at Communicate Telecoms highly enough.

From the beginning of the process of changing phone/system supplier the guys at Communicate Telecom where both friendly and proffesional.
Having moved from what was an awkward supplier who put up several barriers to the move it was a wlcome change to a provider who hand held us through the move which went forward without a hitch.

From when peter first approached me a few years ago after moving into a new premesis, and supplied everything we needed broadband, phone system and mobiles i have never looked anywhere else, the customer service recieved is second to none and would gladly recommend communicate telecoms to anyone & everyone.

When Peter from Communicate telecoms popped in to ask us about out telephone systems we wasn’t quite sure we needed an upgrade to be honest but when we spoke to Peter and we went through all the details we realised that we were paying 4 different companies to have a mediocre telephone and broadband system with not much in the way if support should anything go wrong. Communicate telecoms brought everything under one roof which meant we had full telephone and broadband with support in place should anything go down. We also being a flexible working company were worried about missing important calls. The Communicate telecoms telephone system comes with an email function so should we miss a call and the customer leaves a voicemail it will automatically be emailed to us so we can call customers back straight away remotely, which so far has been a godsend. Also having the automated answer system just made our business a lot more professional and was something that we were desperately lacking. All in all we are relieved now we have all the telephone systems and broadband in the hands of Communicate telecoms as we know it’s something we now don’t really have to think about and we can concentrate on customer relations going forward. Would 100% recommend.

Great Company. Sorted our our internet with a dedicated line for our business premises. It was a personalised service which the bigger national companies are lacking. They come highly recommended.

Cannot fault the service so far, after a negative experience with another company we were hesitant at first and had a lot of questions for Dan and the team, all of which were answered timely and precisely.
As a company that relies almost now completely on phones and internet, we simply cannot afford to have any downtime, this was carefully considered by the team who adapted a package to suit us and more importantly saved us money as well.
The takeover and installation was seamless with no downtime, and with any crucial stages, there was multiple members of the communicate telecoms team on site and on hand which was reassuring.
With plans to expand, we will definitely be using this company to fulfil our future requirements, and look forward to a lengthy and prosperous business relationship.

These guys are amazing! They came in to chat about our phone lines and instead of trying to sell everything like usual salesmen do they found out exactly what we needed and helped us. Daniel and Ben were excellent from start to finish and we are more than happy with the finished products we have.

Very impressed with the service so far from both Dan & Ben. Seems too good to be true but they've delivered on every promise they've made and gone out of their way to ensure an excellent service and always with a smile, right down to reorganising our small comms cupboard which had become a bit of a no go area! Both are very knowledgeable about the communications industry and they have worked well with our own IT support team to ensure we have everything we need and nothing we don't.
Unlike comparable companies, our experience with Communicate Telecoms has never been sales driven, they're good honest people who know what they're doing and do it well

Absolutely fantastic. Communicate took over from start to finish. No hassle, no messing around and everything was set up perfect. I’ve been nervous to switch to cloud phones due to my previous supplier messing everything up. This is a company I will stick to for life. Communicatetelecoms are a professional and genuinely great team. What these guys don't know about telecoms isn't worth knowing. From the first call to installation and even going the extra mile to be on hand on our opening day! Amazing service who I would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a new provider.
