Will never use them ever again.
Before buying the item, i emailed and asked if the the size is wrong, would i get a full refund. One of their customer service said, 'yes'.
Unfortunately, they only refund the price for the item excluding original postage (£4). Returning the item was at my own expense obviously.
One has to be pretty sure of the size or style you one is getting cause there is no room for errors.
Remember, it's online shopping. Mistakes do happen.

Great and not so common lines and you cannot fault these guys on service!
Without a doubt the best online clothing retailer I have used. The delivery is really fast and it is free!
Most importantly commonn has great lines and so far every purchase I have made I have been dead chuffed with.
Their customer service is really good too. One order I made was delayed because it went out of stock. commonn called to say that there would be a delay and apologised. The shoes came 2 days later! Even though there was a delay I still got my order within 4 days of placing it!

not much more to add really, it was the cheapest price for the product I was looking for and if you like this stuff then they are as good to deal with as anyone you could wish for.

Perfect, I always try to buy my Supra's from yourselves because the service is flawless from start to finish! Shame the stock levels for Skytops (clearly the best ones!) are a bit low but i'm checking everyday!
The drawing of the dinosaur was perfect, you should give yourself a pat on the back.
