Headquarters insurance agency has been nothing but consistent with their relentless effort to find commercial insurance that suited me.. they dont care how many places told you no. They always find a way to say yes.. I found my yes by having them connect me with trucker path insurance. Not only is HQ customer service great. The people they connect you with are great themselves..

I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by this agency. I approached Emalee with explicit details regarding our business's coverage requirements, clearly stating that I was shopping around for a better rate. Unfortunately, Emalee quoted an incorrect initial premium, just to get my down payment, she failed to include critical coverages that were requested from day one, and refused to issue a refund for the billing discrepancy.Now, the agency is attempting to charge additional premiums to add the missing coverages that should have been included originally. The lack of accuracy in their quoting process and their refusal to correct these financial errors have made this a very costly and frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this agency to other business owners.
