I bought 5 pieces of the product. I tested one of them in my Peugeot 2008. The promised reduction in consumption could not be determined. There was also a test by the car drivers' club in Austria and they came to the same result: no reduction in consumption. For this reason, I am returning the 4 products in their original packaging and requesting that the amount be refunded to my credit card

Not good value units very old fashioned with 9 volt battery , rechargeable would be much better. Also did not do what it is supposed to do, not fit for purpose

Website added multiple products to my cart and would not allow me to revise the order before completing "check out." There were 4 rapid succession charges that my card provider flagged as potential fraud. Once the confirmation was received I notified the vendor within 30min, requesting the entire order be canceled. It was not. 2 days later I was notified the order shipped, yet the same day I was granted a refund. The following week, the order was received. Im just trying to return the product I did not order.

The product was as advertised.

I’m very disappointed I was not allowed to look at my summary of my cart before purchasing. It seems very scam like with all the questions and I just want my money back.

I went to purchase a mini camera and through the order process they offer you multiple option which I declined.
Only to find that they charged me for things I did not want. I pay through Pay pal, so they did not send me back to my cart to check and confirm my order.
When I contacted them within the hour, it took three to four emails with them over 2 hours and then they said the order was already packed and sent so could not remove Items I did not send. But I could return them, once I receive them.
I did respond saying I was unhappy with this outcome and now have received an email saying that they would respond. I will update once I have received my mini cameras.

The product is useless. Tha app you need yo use is only in Chinese. Total scamo

Customer service people were helpful. Directions for returns on the site say to "hit the return button", which I couldn't find. Maybe this should be updated.

Customer service is very prompt and professional.

Purchased 2 off items having seen numerous postings on the internet .
Purchase was simple and straightforward , delivery was tracked without issue and delivered accordingly .
Goods were simple to install as per instructions .
