1st time buy clothes on this site, material of their clothes are well make, but the size is a bit smaller then normal size so you would need to measure your body correctly b4 u order. Love their customer service…fast in response back , take care and solve problem. Will buy from this company again 😊

I had ordered a few things and the quality was great but it just didn’t fit my sharpe correctly. They were great to deal with on my return, it was much appreciated.

Our granddaughter admired a skirt that her friend had from Commense so requested one as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it was a size too small. She read that the return policy as 14 days, however, when I contacted the company, they graciously agreed to extend the return since it was a Christmas gift. I was very skeptical that I would receive a positive response, but Mia was very prompt in responding to my email. Would definitely order from Commense again.

The items I ordered were super cute and good qualify. Unfortunately the dress I ordered that I thought would be long enough was not. I'm tall so that's not unexpected. The only thing I didn't like about the return process was having to take pictures of the item to send to them. I really just wanted a return label provided in order to ship it back. They will take the return but the shipping is subtracted and it's expensive, so I just took the store credit. Other than that, the clothes were great.

Been admiring the styles offered on Commense for a while and finally took a chance because the apparel was too cute to pass up. Glad I did got my daughter a 2pc set she really liked and myself a pair of trousers and a fitted top sizing is pretty true and other than inseam of pants which I need altered with most brands Commense is a total win. Quality and value can't be passed up.Customer service is top notch too!

I was skeptical at first to order from them, but then I saw the reviews and influencers order from them so figured why not? Even though it took about a month for my order to arrive, I was beyond pleased with the quality of my items once they did arrive. The sweaters were thick and well made - just as good as any other sweater I would buy here from a known label store. I also ordered two dresses in my regular size, and they unfortunately did not fit right in the bust area. I should have followed the size guidelines for the items, but it’s OK. Their customer service has been extremely helpful with the return process, and I will order from them again!

The quality of the clothing is amazing! I absolutely love everything I ordered and their styles are exactly my taste. The quality and timeliness of their customer service was superb!

Customer service was prompt and very understanding. I may not be fully satisfied in what I got but I definitely will consider shopping again as they have nice items that I can try.

I was surprised at the quality of the pieces I received. The only issue was the fit. Sometimes the sizing charts did not match with actual body measurements on certain items. However, their customer service department made it very easy for me to resolve my issues.

I love ordering clothes from them! They have the best customer service if something doesn’t fit. Clothes are nice quality too! My favorite store right now.

I ordered from this site for the first time about two weeks ago and all the items I’ve ordered were perfect! It was true to size and I loved each one. I didn’t know what to expect since it was my first time ordering from this site, but I can say it exceeded my expectations and will continue to order from Them.
