Not transparent about their plans usage. I went with the base paid plan annd even though I should be able to use all my credits anytime, there is a weekly limit and i need to upgrade to a higher plan to use my own credits. API usage is not allowed on base plan which is not shown anywhere when buying the plan. Just be upfront.
I agree with the other reviewer. The company is heavily promoting their $10 for $1 plan on Instagram, I've been using it for a couple of months and have even upgraded. The first month, i finished my $10 and upgraded to $15 which gave me $30, the next month, I went back to the $1 plan which gave me $10, I then upgraded to the $15 plan since i needed api access which was limited to the higher plan. My $10 was taken away. It took 10 days to get a reply from CS pointing to the FAQ's. This just be mentioned front and center during the upgrade. Plus why would the $1 not be deducted from the $15 if it's a replacement upgrade? I recommend using them to take advantage of the good deals but other than that Clinepass is a WAY better value for money (can't speak for their CS though)
The customer service is terrible. They advertise some great deals on models, then they don't work and instead of helping the CEO himself is ridiculing the customer. All in all, I would avoid this company
