Small chance to get anything for the money

You have to understand the following.
1. If yhey have the product in stock, they will ship it to you, as the process is simple and easy to follow.
2. If yhey dont have the product in stock, 3 things will happen:a) they will ignore your questions, b) they will not reply bavk, c) they will ignore your emails.
3. If the product has a defect and you want a refund or exchange, then your are out of luck. The agents are very busy with options 2 and 3, and cannot fix all the issues. So, there is a big chance that you will not get a refund or a replacement

If you want to understand your chance to get a product for the money you sent in, please ignore all yhe 5 stars reviews. The customers just got lucky.

I won't recommend this company at all

I won't recommend this company at all. First, the order arrived incomplete, at the beginning the customer support answered and they send additional products without noticing me by email or phone of the date of the reception. Then, I discovered that they didn't send the right pieces. Now, I would like to send back the product because there are a lot of manufacturing issues and I'm not able to use the product with safety. I filled all the documents they asked on their website and since months I have no news despite my several reminders. If you check online, no employee are reporting on Linkedin, no CGV are written, no phone number.. I will probably have to file a claim to european level because it's a clear abuse of customer. Do not buy there !

Not recommended - terrible service!

Not recommended! Table arrived damaged and it has been a four-month-long effort to get nearly 700 euro refund. Customer service is appaulling and in the end I had to process a claim via Paypal. Please read all the below reviews - there is a trend! If you are lucky and there is no problem with the order, then all is fine, but the moment there is an issue you will regret choosing Comifort.

No refund and no response from customer service

Sent the table back and didn‘t receive my money back. Also no answer from the customer service after they have received the table back again and no response after I tried to reach out to them via e-Mail and phone multiple times. Would definitely not recommend!!

Maybe better than IKEA

The table was delivered with an ever so slight chip on the corner of the top side. A great product for the price range. Quality is at par with or maybe better than IKEA. There was a minor glitch with the tracking but that was sorted out by the customer success team promptly. Great experience!

quality would not even warrant half the price

First off, the request to write this review came in a spanish email... my main language and the one I ordered in is German.
The package came damaged, and according to the delivery person this damage came from warehouse, not delivery.
The materials inside, mainly wood panels, show blemishes. Even in spots where the package carton did not show marks.
They use the cheapest kind of styrofoam inside the packaging to separate parts, which is not only bad for the environment (why not use carton???), but also a pain to clean since it easily breaks and flies everywhere and clings to everything.
The building process is also confusing. Numbering of the panels is done on the LAST page by size, instead of in the front. Steps are incomplete. Or hard to understand which way to work towards.
The spring mechanic is super cheap, loud, and dangerous for your fingers to operate since there is not enough room for your fingers to rest under the top plate when closing it.
To top it all off, I wrote to support about the damages and bad quality, and have yet to receive a satisfactory reply (1+ week has passed already).
Would not recommend.

Quick delivery in 5 days

Delivery in 5 days, as stated on the website. Only thing was I didn’t get an email saying when to expect it so it was all of a sudden the truck was in front of the house. But fortunately I was home.
