Had a new conservatory roof fitted by Paul and his team. Within 1 month the problems started… after several calls Paul reluctantly came and looked but obviously bodged the problem as here we are again!!
Unwilling to take responsibility for his workmanship and as a result I have contacted another company (at a further cost) to sort out my problem roof. The new company have explained that the wrong sealant has been used and the finished product is poor. Very disappointing and would like to warn others of his unprofessional attitude and workmanship.

Paul & Josh arrived for early start, were hard working & enthusiastic, conservatory looks very good.

5 Stars – Amazing Work by Comfy Roof!
I recently had my conservatory roof replaced by Comfy Roof, and the whole experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment the team arrived, they were professional, courteous, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.

The quality of the work is absolutely amazing – the new roof has completely transformed the space. It feels warmer, brighter, and far more comfortable. Every detail was finished to a high standard, and the workmanship really speaks for itself.

The guys on site were brilliant – friendly, hardworking, and respectful of the property. They kept everything tidy and kept me informed at every stage, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I can’t recommend Comfy Roof highly enough. If you’re considering replacing your conservatory roof, don’t look anywhere else – these are the people to go to!

After trying to get quotes from businesses over a period of months with no luck, Paul responded quickly, gave me his time on the phone to discuss my needs and sent a quote over quickly. He was responsive and did what he said, when he said.
Paul and his team were friendly and got the job done with no fuss and left the place clean and tidy. I am very pleased with the work they have done securing my flat roof for with EPDM rubber. It looks good and has taken care or it for years to come.
Would have them back for any other work without a doubt.

Had my very old polycarbonate roof replaced on 4/5/25 . Paul / val arrived at 7.30am ( as stated ) started promptly , worked all the way through (only stopping for a quick coffee break /job complete by 4.15 pm . They checked that there was no leaks with the new roof , by putting the hosepipe on it . They also cleaned all the pvc struts etc… and tidied up all around them . They both worked very hard and explained exactly what they were doing and what stage they were at . Happy with my new roof and can’t wait to use it now as was always too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter . Roll on winter to see if it’s any warmer !! Only joking shall enjoy using it now we are at the start of summer . Would Definetly recommend this comfy roofs to my friends.

Really happy with our new conservatory roof from Comfy Roof. Paul and the team were super organised and got the job done in just a day and a half. The difference in temperature is amazing — even during the recent heat, it stayed cool enough for the kids to play comfortably. The price was very competitive too — great value for the quality of work. Definitely recommend!

Paul was just what we needed to advise us with regards to renovating our tired and dilapidated old conservatory which was too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. We decided upon a timber framed, insulated roof with lantern.
During the installation Paul and his team worked quickly and efficiently. Throughout the work Paul took the time to explain each step in the process and made sure I was happy with what he was doing.
It is clear that his attention to detail and the pride that he takes in his work is important to him as well as his communication with his customer.

Paul and Jake were superb tradesman. From initial quotation Paul understood my requirement and provided me with a fair and competitive quote. His knowledge and expertise was perfect and he was a pleasure during installation getting the job done with very limited impact to our home whilst the work was undertaken in half a day. The conservatory has been transformed in to a usable room all year round

To get good exceptional reliable trades people these days is very rare. We were so fortunate to find Comfyroof who replaced our conservatory roof with a tiled roof. Paul Jake Matt and Val were a team of the hardest working professionals I have ever known. They cleared up afterwards and nothing was to much trouble (which pleased my wife no end). Thank you so much for an enjoyable visit the roof looks fantastic. Strongly recommended.

Very punctual and tidy workers, friendly, work carried out was A1 looks good and makes a huge difference in our conservatory, would highly recommend for their experience and skill. You would not know anybody had been as the site was left very clean and tidy when finished
