I first purchased a pair of comfy…

I first purchased a pair of comfy sandals for bunions. I love them. I have since bought them in black and navy. I was shocked to see the bad reviews above. I have never had a problem with them. I have tried another product and was not happy with the end result and gave them away. The sandals that I bought are called "Stylish Orthopedic sandals for Bunions". This product I highly recommend.

Shoes are cheap garbage!!!

Shoes are cheap garbage!!!
Steer clear of this place. Cheap, plastic shoes that come directly from China without a box. Very poor quality shoes. NO refunds; exchange only. You have to pay the return shipping which they will NOT reimburse you. Shoes are NOT leather as advertised on website. NOT designed for people with bunions or any other type of foot problem. This company is a scam and needs to be put out of business. They have tons of negative reviews online. The Better Business Bureau gave them an F rating.

I filed a dispute with my credit card company and ComfyFootGear said they would issue a refund as a goodwill gesture to show that I was not scammed ONLY if I closed the dispute. I refused. I don't trust them to issue a refund.

This company is NOT located at the address listed on their website. The shoes I sent back for an exchange are being returned to me as the PO says addresse is unknown.

Read the fine print!

I found a really cute pair of sandals on the website. I checked for a business address which indicated Delaware. So I ordered them. Normally, a 8 1/2 would fit perfect, but the shoe only came in whole sizes so I went with a nine.
Too late, I learned the shoes were coming from China. I've yet to get anything from China that was correct. IT was way too big! I walked out of it. When I looked at the return policy, I found there would be no way to get a refund.
I will not exchange them, but I will never order from them again. And I will let my friends know my experience with this company.

Absolutely Not Worth The Price

My boyfriend received a targeted ad on Instagram for this brand, I have pretty bad bunions on both feet and am always looking for comfortable shoe options. The pricing for the boots I purchased was reasonable, plus the shoes were very cute, which is always a plus when looking for something bunion friendly. Since the website lists an address in Delaware and the shipping charge wasn't signification, I was a little surprised when the items shipped from China, but it didn't occur to me that would be an issue.

The shoes took longer than the 2-5 business days quoted on the website, which was a little worrying especially once I was this was shipping from China but the shipping information seemed legit, and I had purchased the shoes for myself, so didn't have a strict date for when the item needed to arrive.

However, I was extremely disappointed when I did get the package. The boots look and feel CHEAP. No other way to say it. I doubt these will hold up for more than a few months. Additionally, the shoes are extremely small. I ordered a 6.5, which is what I usually wear in boots and I cannot get my foot all the way in the shoe. If I had known this was an Asian retailer, I might have sized up, as I know that sizing can run small. However, there is no indication of that on the website.

Unfortunately, I cannot return the item, as the policy on Comfy Footgear's website says items must be "unopened." As I had to open the plastic wrapping to try the shoes on, I am left with unwearable shoes.

I cannot recommend anyone buy from here and I hope Comfy Footgear updates their website with more transparency about where their shoes are coming from. I am confused by the overwhelming positive reviews Comfy Footgear has and will be leaving this review on the item I purchased.

Unwearable and probably Unreturnable

Comfyfootgear advertised shoes with a wide toe box. I saw no indication that they were made in China or I wouldn’t have ordered them. After 20 days I received the shoes. First of all they had a crease down the center of the toe and secondly they looked very cheap and amateurish. I tried them on and the whole shoe was very wide and yet the tips of the toes were so flat that they squashed my toes. I read their refund policy and if I try to return them I will be jumping through their hoops and most likely won’t get a refund. I sent an email stating what I am writing here. I don’t expect much.
