Cannot recommend this company enough, not only do they provide the most beautiful furniture, but the customer service and treatment is on point. You should definitely check this place out if your looking for top of the range and aesthetically pleasing home furnishing. Cannot be beaten!!

Will never use this company again, I bought a coffee table and about an hour after the guys left I noticed a defect within the glass
I contacted them straight away and after weeks of messaging they will not except responsibility for damaged goods
They refused to take it back to offer a discount as the said that As I had signed to say that goods were in perfect condition and I had no rights as per terms and conditions
So be very careful when you sign to say goods are perfect as you have no chance of replacement or money back as this is a disclaimer on goods
Im reporting this company to the trade &standards

I ordered a crushed crystal lamp and mirror on 2 separate occasions and they have both been delivered together by 2 very pleasant gentlemen who stripped both items down to check for damage. I am absolutely delighted with my purchases both are beautiful and the service from this company is superb. Thank you Comfy Homes. I would definitely recommend this company.

Delivery was pre agreed not dictated.
The delivery men were helpful and knowledgable about the products. They open the items infront of you to check for faults mutually. They explained care of the clock and what not to do to ensure it is maintained.
They repack the item infront of you too so completely hassle free.
This was so helpful as I am disabled and managing large boxes and items are difficult for me to check upon delivery.
It also saves potential issues and return hassles if items arrive unchecked until you open them up.
Amazing service. So friendly. I will always use you as a go to.

Delivery men were very nice and professional and checked the item was not faulted before taping the box back up and explained how to get it up the stairs without damaging the item.
It’s just a shame they can only take it to ground level but that’s no fault of theirs.
The only issue I had was I felt like replies from customer service were a little blunt with me. I didn’t have the information that they thought I had because it wasn’t included in the email and felt as though I had to defend myself and show that this was no fault of my own before they realised the mistake.
Lovely furniture though and good prices if you’re prepared to pre order and wait.

Delivered prompt was given a good delivery window of an hour. Delivery men were lovely and professional :)

Searched other places and was let down twice for some stools. These guys had them to me in two days. 👍👍

I was advised of a delivery date and to confirm it was convenient . On the day of delivery I was sent a link to track the van with my item . It was brilliant as I could see the van on its journey around the north west . I was sent a text to say my delivery was next and the expected time. 2 delivery men were casually dressed and very clean , well mannered and very helpful. They brought my item to the doorstep and very carefully unpacked it to allow me to check it over. Once I was satisfied they also offered to take it inside as heavy. Wonderful service from purchase to delivery. Definitely recommended 😀

Amazing service, friendly. Updated me when my delivery was on the way. Delivered my parcel inside my house even though the parcel was curb side side drop off. Would highly recommend.

Lovely mirror long wait ti.e due to not being in stock even though was showing in stock on web site . Delivery men were excellent so polite and e an opening package to allow me to check my mirror. Overall love my mirror so well worth the wait. Thankyou.
