No reaction after complaints and no refund
Booked a parking spot for 10 days. Arriving 15 minutes prior to the requested transport time, the shuttle bus blocked the parking and the driver was only talking to others. After 10 minutes of waiting we told the driver we want to park and need to be transported to the airport. The driver said he was leaving and we had to wait for another bus. After 30 minutes another bus came and brought us to the airport. Due to the late drop-off the luggage terminal was already closed and we needed to buy new tickets. Ater 1.5 hours after starting parking we picked up our car again and stopped using the parking. Making sever formal complaints did not lead to an answer. Comfortparking.nl is still not reacting. On there site they mentioning to be connected to the Stichting Kwalitieitzorg Parkeren. This is misleading information because this foundation does no longer exists probable already for quit some years by now. The legal person has removed his data out of the databank of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. So legally this Foundation of Parking care does not exist, so no claims can be made with them. And referring by Comfortparking.nl to this foundation is fraudulent.
