ATENTION !!!!! I was robbed by Comfortbaby
Olymp & Olipa GmbH had to file for an impending insufficiency of assets on September 2, 2022, and simultaneously submitted a request for the revocation of self-administration. Consequently, the proceedings are now being handled as regular insolvency proceedings, and the company will be closed as of October 30, 2023. Therefore, for all orders placed after April 1, 2022, and before October 30, 2023, they can only be considered as claims against the insolvency estate. Delivery or refunds are not possible in this regard.

I bought the 7 in 1 baby crib and it came in a week!! Was very scared about it not coming as I read the reviews on here AFTER I placed the order but it came a week of purchasing, very nicely with everything included. Tracking was helpful just didn’t know I had to pay for custom charges (didn’t read properly) but that was fine and it arrived the next day after paying, am very happy with how everything worked out.

The Quality is insane! It’s so soooo cute and easy to build up 🙏🏽😍 We are very very happy with our comfort baby and grateful that such a good way to use exists. It’s so good for our planet that you only need one for so many opportunities and don’t have to waist something.

I ordered a crib in April and was told my order could arrive in 1-12 weeks with shipment by 10 weeks. I mentioned in April I need confirmation that I will have the crib July 1st as my baby is due then.

In June I contacted them and still no update on when it will be shipped. Extremely poor communication. Their phones go straight to voicemail so don't even waste your time to call them. They reply to emails with lies and inaccurate lead times.

In July they finally told me they could ship their cheapest crib option which is available in their warehouse as a temporary bed until my order arrives. At this point they told me it could be end of July when my order is ready but they have no idea....I immediately asked for this "temporary bed" to be shipped and no follow up from them. Its now 2 weeks after I asked for this replacement and I still don't have a bed.

Do not trust them - awful company!!!! They are a SCAM

UPDATE :
The company has emailed me 4 shipping labels trying to have me believe my order is being shipped. Then I receive this :

“regarding the shipment of your baby bed with the shipment via UPS, we would like to inform you that they cancelled the shipment. This information just reached us by the shipping company.” Isabel Voss|Customer Service

They don’t provide any solutions and I have a feeling they created fake tracking numbers to have me think my order was finally ready when it’s clearly not!!!! ☠️

Comfort baby, a " family " business is a family of thieves!!!. I made order on 13 March. I send them mail asking them for the order earlier and they say they will do the best. After 13 weeks they say they have problems with production , I canceled the order because I have the baby already and no bed. They say in 10 day they send the money back. After 10 days nothing. I send e mail and they answer the family business is in insolvency!!!! All lies!!! They still take orders and steal from people!!!! Don t buy !!! THIEVES FAMILY COMFORT BABY!!!! WHO WANT I GIVE THE PROFF THE E MAILS AND ALL THEIR LIES!!!

It’s made in very good quality and it’s really cute to see!
My 3 months old child love it!

We're very happy with the quaility of the smart grow baby bed and the bassinet. Used the bed for 3 years for our first son and now after 1 year of pausing it will be used again for our second son 💙💙

We're also happy about the service. While converting the bed once my husband made a mistake and a piece got broke. We got a substitution immediately and without problems.

Ordered a cot, mattress and mattress cover from here in early February and was told I would receive in 8 weeks, 8 weeks later no delivery and no tracking so I contacted them and they told me it would be 12 weeks now and I’ll receive tracking when despatched. I tried to send a few emails at the 11 week mark asking if there was any tracking as if it’s due to be delivered in the following week I would have to book a day off work, in the end I sent about 8 emails that completely went unanswered and didn’t receive any tracking or the product itself. I contacted my bank who them put in a dispute and requested a charge back on my behalf.
I now have to wait another 8 weeks for a cot from another company and I would’ve given birth by then so it’s been very stressful experience and I’m absolutely disgusted this company are scamming expecting parents out of money at such a highly stressful time.

Just don’t order from here they’re a complete scam

you laugh I am writing you messages from October to send home a stroller for my child. Your answer was that a few days with me will be contacted by the operator. With me no one has contacted until this week ... I sent you 7 months in a row an email, so you can tell me that the time has passed ?? I'll always write a complaint that you stole money from my card, but the stroller was not sent home for my child. So, I want the stroller for your child, I paid, I want it .. I do not care if I have a family quarrel with her husband, because you lied and stole money from my account .. I beg you to send a stroller for my baby home. . Give me a wheelchair for my child, whom I paid in September, I am very upset that I ran 1,000 euros and without a wheelchair for my child

Pathetic customer service. No way to contact the company for an update. Still waiting for an order that was places over 3 months ago. Even though it was promised to be within 8 weeks.

I’m shocked seeing now over 42% has had a negative experience aswel!!

I feel like this company does not take it’s clients serious. Their customer service is unfriendly and 0 understanding.

I’ve ordered in January with a discount code to be delivered in May.
I requested an “early May” delivery which they couldn’t guarantee, so made me pay extra to be delivered in April.
It’s the 27th and I still don’t have a shipping confirmation, while they promised it would be shipped “latest” a couple of days ago.
Luckily I’ve been on it in time so hope I can still get a cot somewhere else.

As a customer you have to be on top of them as a mom and even than they can’t do it right.

Please report this account on instagram for “misleading and possible scam”. Hopefully instagram will take their “verified business” sign. As this made me trust it blind.

Throughout my pregnancy, I done much research for the perfect and safest crib for my baby. I have limited space in our bedroom so having 2 beds in our room one for the first couple of months and a baby crib, would have been a struggle.

I have came across the Comfort baby 7 in 1 some time ago, loved the design and how convertible it is by going from a baby crib/baby changer to a child normal size bed. Another very beneficial feature are the wheels, this way I could move the crib closer to our bed during the night.
This item is very good quality and worth the money, it also looks much better than other brands that i have came across with similar style crib.
I also ordered the cannope pole and the foam core mattress, although the classic mattress is good enough for newborn but at the time I didn’t know.
I made my own bed sheets and cannope veil however there is a wide range of these in the website.
Overall was a great purchase, delivered within the time stated. The only no for me was the customs charges in the UK, I had to pay around £70 to release the item so bare that in mind.
I will 100% recommend this crib.

TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I placed an order 10 weeks ago. They promised delivery 5-8 weeks later, but never did. Several emails later - no response. 3 weeks ago they promised to send the order in 5-10 days. Today they said they will let me know as soon as the order has been dispatched. Live chat - total crap, very untimely and you get no real answer except "we will dispatch your parcel in 1/2 weeks"!!!

We ordered a baby 4 in 1 crib and paid for delivery in december then there was a lot of hassle to get them to deliver and finally after paying extra we get a part scratched and incorrect setup. after paying 1000 euros we had to pay extra for a handyman to fix their errors. no one responds to the phones neither the chat. a total scam and dreambusters .. they will show you amazing online products and will send you some trash!! cant send it back so i had to stick to it! for parents looking to buy from this crook company please avoid them for your own sanity and self respect. the amount of stress me and my wife had to undergo was unbelievable.. 8.5 months pregnant having to be at the computer while i was on the phone for hours. once these bast***ds get your money its like being forgotten and put aside. disgusting experience

I have emailed and chatted before and after the crib purchase to make sure that the crib will be delivered in the week of 20th Dec 2021. I emailed on the 9th of Dec to check if the product would be delivered on time, but I could not get a straightforward reply. I am being asked to pay extra if I want the product delivered in December instead of March. I am at a point where I have agreed to pay extra but still have not received a response. This is just bad customer service and very stressful. Please see that chat and email where it was agreed I would receive the product in December.
