I have had the pleasure of working with Andrew, Edward and their team to get bespoke, top quality packaging over the last couple of years.
Their level of customer service is unparalleled and during the initial packaging design development period I could not have been more informed or involved at all stages of the process. Their product knowledge, creativity and transparency in terms of product lead in times and costs are only a snapshot of the overall great things I experienced. I was delighted with the high quality, value for money packaging received.
Receiving professional, personable customer service of this standard is rare and as result of this, I have a long-standing working relationship with this company.

I was delivered the wrong products TWICE, they were extremely delayed, there was gold foil printing MISSING from our packaging, and the company constantly goes against their word.

The company made a mistake and there was no logo printed on our boxes. We were running behind schedule (as they were already late with delivery) and the company came with with a resolution:

1) Keep all the boxes as goodwill that were delivered initially without a logo due to the inconvenience caused.

2) They would send some replacement boxes by air the next week, and the remainder would arrive via SEA.

Unfortunately we had no communication at all to suggest the shipment was not arriving the following week. We waited all week and then the week after without any communication at all we received some part of the shipment without any notice at all.

I didn’t mean to cause a fuss about the delay, we were already 3 weeks behind schedule time and I was just glad it was resolved. To my disappointment the boxes ARRIVED WITH INCORRECT SIZED LOGO ON THE BOXES.

I contacted the company straight away and requested a full refund. The company refused and suggested only a 15% refund could be given as I’ve used the boxes so they are fit for purpose.

The company requested that I send back the goodwill gesture that was offered to me out of inconvenience because I chose to have a refund. I’m sorry but I’m sure everyone can agree a gesture of goodwill due to inconvenience is NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION.

Now I am left with boxes taking up space in my unit that are not as described and I am unable to get a full refund.

Please use this as your warning and do not get scammed by this company!!

And additionally I cannot fault the customer service from Robert and the team who have helped at every stage of the process. When we have thrown a spanner in the works due to a change in the brief they have tried to help us in every way possible and we are extremely grateful. Quality gift bags and excellent, careful service to ensure we got just what we wanted. Slight delay in getting the express delivery, but quality of bags made them worth waiting for. Highly recommend.
