The course content was fine, although the company name is misleading, as there is no comedy in the class; it is in fact quite boring. I don't intend to use this CE provider again, but I do need to get credit for this class. When I called after passing the 18 Hour course, they said it could take 7-10 days for them to contact my state. Other providers manage to get this done quickly, within 24 hours, so I don't understand why this company requires such a huge lag time. As I said, I don't intend to use this provider again, but I do want my credits sent to my state.

Horrible site for real estate CE courses! Transfers you to realcourse.net. There is no video and you have to stay confined to a page for 10 minutes when you can read it in 2 minutes. If you move away from the screen the timer will restart. No telephone support. Leave a message and it indicates a callback in an hour. I requested a refund within 30 minutes of enrolling in the course. No response had yet been received.
