Combat stress has always been there for me

Combat stress has always been there for me however complete opposite for the National Health service operation courage.
The reason why I give up courage negative negative negative is as follows

When I was signed posted to up courage i was spoken to from an individual they said to me dear Mr Santo we've received your letter from combat stress however I just remind you it is only a letter and not medical could you please give us more.

I didn't spoken in the female on the phone and I said madam are you a qualified psychologist no she applies I said right okay then what gives you the qualification 2 States to me what is and what is not acceptable if you're not a psychologist also psychologist as I am deeply offended
Anyway moving on I spoke to them and I said the following the madam I was under the care of Commerce for 10 years it took me approximately the best part of 18 to 24 maps to trust combat stress to the extent of when I Began to go into great detail about what happened to me in my music experience what Madame makes you believe I am going to open up in lesson hearing your voice for two minutes ??

The response I got was well mrso if we don't have a great detail then I'm on Prairie will have to defer you .

I said no problem one moment I will get another medical evidence so I sent her a lot of medical evidence she goes to me so I've briefly looked over this and it appears to be the same if not very similar the only difference is the date i said what are you trying to say love if you're trying to say that I've edited doctored or fraudingly give you a different letter please say so because your pools are recorded and I'm recording Auto .

Anyway moving swiftly on I'll get to the point quite a sharpishly i said to the madam look the greatest psychological trauma happened to me is in Iraq in 2003 please see the following medical diagnosis

I submit a diagnosis and they said to me right okay and we have town so available I said right are there psychology psychiatrists not response was they were highly trained mental health nurses I said that's not I asked you they said well we have Dr so and so would that be suitable for you?

I responded with clearly not because if you're the red the three letters I'll give you you would have noticed my medical condition is a guestivated by individuals of you've described.

Anyway we're getting to the bottom almost quickly now and I reply with obviously my condition is so complexed and serious and traumatic the National Health Service more poorly operation courage are unable to deal with my condition is that correct,?

The non psychologist non psychiatrist replied with if you wait a bit longer than then you will have less negativity and more positivity in order to communicate with us.

I replied with sales before you're not psychologist you're not psychologist and you clearly don't have the qualification to say what I see or sound so also because you are recording this what you're saying is and correct me for my wrong either I the patient is a liar or the doctor psychiatrist from got my Israel because their medical letter diagnosis is unsuitable for you is that correct?

Moving swiftly on and near the end I said to the lady madam the psychiatrist who dealt with me he's now retired he is stroke was the same side cartoonist who diagnosed the fulton's veterans with with their syndrome and he's expert stroke God in his fuel because he's now professor are you now telling me he's the liar?

Combat Stress were there for me…

Combat Stress were there when I really needed them.

I have been out of the Army for 25 years.
When my PTSD flared up, they stepped in without hesitation.

It started with someone on the phone.
That conversation mattered more than I can explain.

I then attended the remote course Cope Better with PTSD.
It gave me practical tools to understand my triggers and look after myself better.

After that, I had weekly remote one to one treatment sessions with Scott.
He listened.
He understood.
He worked with me to build a realistic plan and helped me follow it through.

I am not healed.
But I am enjoying my life and my work again.
For the first time in a long while, I am looking forward to the future.

If you are a veteran and struggling, I would strongly recommend reaching out to Combat Stress.
They genuinely care, and they know what they are doing.

Left me broken and and unable to trust.

They treated me with suspicion, withheld care until they could interview my family to corroborate my story and when my wife and I refused to let them, they wrote to my GP telling them GDPR/confidential information they had no right share.

As a direct consequence, I don’t feel i can take part in therapy anymore, they (especially the Occupational Therapist Samantha Reece) have completely destroyed any trust I could ever hope to build with another charity or therapist again.

Disgusting behaviour from an appalling organisation. Left a vulnerable, damaged veteran even more vulnerable and damaged and now unable to seek further assistance.

Waste of Space

Waste of Space.
Being a veteran seeking help with mental health issues they should be helping not making the situation worse! Their initial contact system is a complete car crash!

So,
I ring them up after speaking to GP ....
1. After going through lots of crap I didnt really want to go through as to why I'm ringing.... I'm told they will arrange a phone call for following morning. I ask "will I need any information" ...."no no just your service details".....they reply !

2. Next morning I am not at home ( but not a problem as they dont need info right?) they require my NHS number and National insurance number.......grrrrrrr! Phone call re arranged !

3. Receive next call and go through the far end of a fart in questions do you feel like this or like that how many times a week....so they finish with you will hear from us...

4. I receive an email every few days to fill out two questionnaires !?!? But I just went through the far end of a fart on the phone ..it must be a mistake... Nope I keep receiving emails so when I'm sat in car with 5 mins to spare I fill out first questionnaire

5. I answer the first questionaire going through what I went through on the phone WTAF ...why go through it all again, why cause all that anguish again...? ok, on to next questionaire.....I'm sat in car ....it says I need my NHS number...are you having a laugh? Really I have already given this info why oh why do you need it again in a questionaire ? I'm sat in car dont have it all with me.....So next day I get my NHS number and national insurance number you can bet theyll ask for that....but....

6. the link isnt working anymore ! I request a new link

7. The new link wont accept my email address

8. I request another, nope still not working; so I read the fine print copy and paste the next link ...try that...it doesnt work! grrrrrrrr! Are you really trying to help or just having a laugh ....

9. I send an email to tech support!

Edit: I eventually got the link but days later I was sent another different questionaire ......why? The whole thing was stressful when they are trying to stop you from being...er STRESSED !

In summary, if they really want to make someone who is fed up feel worse they sure know how to do it...I mean who thought up this system Billy aged 5?

Surely if people suffering with mental health ring you up you should sort all the admin crap in one phone call get it done...not multiple phone calls covering what you cover in the online questionnaire...absolutely crazy ......
