Ordered Helikon-Tex Pilgrim Pants and UTS Shorts from Hwesta.eu. Both items arrived late and sizing was completely off. Return process requires printing a label — no alternative. If you don’t have a printer, you’re stuck. I lost €129.49 as a result. Poor experience overall. I won’t be buying here again.
Item was shipped and received within 1 week. Costumer service answered fast to my question and all in all i am very satisfied.
Ordered on May 26th, received shipping notice but tracking stopped after May 30th, still not delivered.
Customer service answered that courier investigates this case. Still no update. Requested refund, no answer.

I never received the package, they did not put a house number on the label, so it was returned. They also never reply to messages. In short, money lost. Never buy anything from this online store.
Hwesta at Amazon, avoid buying. Late shipping poor customer service. After requesting a refund(Only the number of the shipment was entered and it was never sent), the goods I did not want were sent, which blocks the possibility of receiving a refund from Amazon... Will get money soon or later but if you but outside amazon there could be problems.
I buyed stuff there then sended it back waiting for money till today. Unserious seller lack of communication highly not recommended
