Excellent product, fit & finish. Very frustrating with communication. Would not pick up the phone! Back and forth countless times via email. Rep didn’t read or remember my responses from one minute to the next. I provided exact 4 corner measurements, which took 3 guys on high extension ladders, only to be told the next day that they also needed the diagonal measurements as well. NOT a good experience. Price changed (higher) after providing initial, longer measurements. Reason provided was it “required more material”. I felt very much jerked around.
The last communication with "Victor C." was his question about whether or not I wanted straight lines or curved lines. I told him curved so the quadrilaterals would be pulled taught. What he didn't tell me was that the curved lines would significantly reduce the final length of each of four corners. Since the custom sizing is a NO WARRANTY situation, I was left with two sun sails that were too tight to make my laser measurements useable as intended and provided. I had to extend each corner attachment using multiple carabiners which ended up looking quite amateurish. The entire process was very disappointing. Note to Colour Tree: TRAIN your reps and pick up the phone!!!

I had a horrible experience with this company. They advertise a "rust proof, water proof, no maintenance required" stainless steels posts for shade sails. The mounts for the posts rusted completed - immediately!! They told me that a "small amount of rust was normal" and that I should "scrub off the rust". First of all, both of those statements are completely contradictory to what they advertise on the website. After complaining back and forth Colour tree finally agreed to replace just the base plates. They asked for shipping address etc. A week later I received an email that they cancelled my replacement because "management decided not to replace them" Unbelievable!! Horrible products. Horrible customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Very good quality and fairly easy to install with 2 people. Quick response from customer service with questions. My only negative is that you cannot get custom lengths in the 220 GSM fabric.

Colourtreeusa was quick to respond and honored my warranty request with no issues at all. I have purchased several items and definitely will continue to do so. Very good company and customer service!!

The ordering experience was easy. However, it would have nice to know what was included in the pole kit. I received the order quickly. One pole kit was missing, however. When I contacted Customer Support they told me it would be there the next day. Apparently one of the five packages was separated from the others in shipping.

When the standard sizes would not work for us, a custom size was ordered, produced and mailed in record time!

Fast shipping, quality product, and affordable. Return policy for a manufacturer error was not accepted with all necessary photo proof and measurements issued. Ordered 6x12 privacy screen, received 5.5x11.5 when stretched to full capacity. Customer service kept beating around the bush for a replacement, return label, or refund. I was looking to purchase hundreds of dollars of privacy screens, but this turned me away.

ColourTree was super easy to work with. We needed a custom shade and the design of our project kept changing. The designer that we worked with was very patient and always quick to respond. The delivery was faster than advertised, and quality was exactly what we were looking for. The shade was a little pricey (to be expected with a custom shade), but I honestly couldn't be happier with the purchase.

I ordered 2 of the triangle sails and they are wonderful, great material and good price. I plan on ordering more.

My sail had ripped in a corner. Called and received a replacement free with in a week.

I made a warranty claim for a bent sun sail pole.I gave all the information that was requested, and within a week I had the damaged section replaced. They honored the warranty and I will be a return customer.

We purchased a Super Ring Sun Sail from Colourtree last year in May 2024. We really enjoyed the shade it provided but we paid quite a bit of money for it to already start tearing. We literally had for just over a year. They claim on their website that they have a very good warranty especially for the item we purchased it should be under warranty for 5 years. What they do not specify on their website is that if you custom order an item it surely cost a lot more but you have no warranty whatsoever. If the quality of the item was as good as they say and charge you for then it wouldn’t be a problem. I will never buy from this company again or recommend anyone to buy from them ever.

Purchased a "Rectangle Super Ring - Heavy Duty, Super Durable Sun Shade Sail" in Feb 2024 with a "full 5 year warranty." Used for 1.5 summers and the fabric is deteriorating (becoming brittle) and developed multiple rips. Submitted a warranty claim with receipt and pictures and followed up with three emails - 10 days have passed with no contact from the company. Zero response is not acceptable!
