Your customer support is outstanding

Your customer support is outstanding. However, it took three attempts for me to receive your standard 6x10 screen. The first 2 where all in access of 10'2" one was 10 7". But we finally got it right and they fit great.

Customer service has been fantastic

Customer service has been fantastic from ColourTree. They corrected a mismade sail and have stood by their warranty when a sail ripped. I am very happy I chose this company for our shade sails!

Great customer svc

Had warranty issue with our shade sail. Reached out to customer svc via email and they quickly remedied the situation and shipped out a replacement. Five stars for customer service.

Great inventory and price.

The Sun shades come in so many size options that cover any possible configuration. They are well built and should last several years in the California sun. The website was easy to navigate making a selection seamless.
