This is definitely a scam. I needed the item urgently, so I ordered it using the more expensive express service, which was supposed to deliver it within 5-7 days. Today, 12 days have passed, and the item still hasn’t arrived. The emails contain two different tracking links, and both show different locations for the item.

The packaging was impressive - sturdy and well-secured. It ensured the product arrived in great condition. Very professional and clearly shows care for customer satisfaction.

Very satisfied with my purchase. It took 2 weeks to get here, but it was worth the wait. The lighter works like a charm, easy to use and quite portable. The lamp feature also gives good illumination. Quality is impressive and it seems like it will last for a long time. Highly recommend.

Items took 3 months to arrive. ( electric wine dispenser). When they did arrive, after countless emails and reshipping, 1 box was damaged. No instructions included with items. Not working properly. 1 of them won’t even turn, and yes I have charged it.

Sends absolutly garbage.
Never ever again.

Worst customer service I have ever received. About to tick over to 3 months and I still haven't received my items. Customer service just gives you the run around emails every time. "Please don't worry" "it will be there soon" 3 months later! Still not here! What a joke!

Either scammers or just completely hopeless at their job.

Stay well clear of these imbeciles!

I have waited 3 months, they just tell to wait, there is no information on delivery and they refuse to refund my payment.... definitely a scam.. don't be tempted or become another victim.

Ordered a NFL Gnom ( Green Bay packers design) got a neutral Gnom
It said on the package Green Bay packers but no nfl colors or packers logo
This is absolutely a scam for 30 dollar and takes around 40 days to deliver
Asked for a refund, was told it is what I ordered and then offered 3$ and you can keep the gnome - also telling me returning it would be more expensive to ship it than my refund 🤣

Ordered an item 16th August, tracking number has not changed since 16th September. Always the same response: "the system takes time to update tracking...."
Still no goods as of 3rd November and no further communication.
Obviously I have been ripped off - if I could give 0 stars I would. Do not give these people the chance to take your money, it's not worth it. I'll stick with Amazon - at least they can follow up on (supposedly) missing parcels! If my goods eventually show up I would be very surprised!!

Order 2024 New Digital beverage dispensers of the 27th August. Told 12 to 20 days delivery. Still nothing arrived. Emailed many times to be told that there on there way. At 63 days I have now asked for a refund 5 times a be told they are resending. Still nothing. What a joke.

Update 12th November. The arrived and seen to be what they say they are. I guess you need to stay with the process.

I ordered a digital dispenser. Still with courier after 2 months, no update. Have contacted customer services at Coloureshop they just keep saying it will arrive. Have asked for a refund 4 times and they just keep brushing me off. DO NOT buy from this Company they are scammers.

This was my last response from them:

We have many shipping partners around the world.
And we usually choose the one that is better to our customers.
Your parcel is in transit in the exporting country now,
so we can't confirm which carrier in your country will process it.
We will urge the shipping company to respond ASAP

This is totally unfair on people and this website should be shut down.

I have never received my goods. Customer service never responds. The logistics partner never replies either. It's all just a scam. You should not shop on this site.

Ordered a wine dispenser from them, never arrived at my location for a month. Delivery status shows at a town in Australia for over a month.

No one bothered to respond to multiple follow ups. Thank god I ordered through Paypal who were kind enough to help.

I would rate them a zero if I could. I purchased an advent calendar that was supposed to be a full hand sized figerine for each day. What I received was NOTHING like their ad. The figurines for each day were flat, about the size of a quarter and had a plastic coating on them that made them look blurry. I emailed their customer service with all the details they needed. They recognized that I purchased the item and said they would give me a 4.00usd refund. I spent 45.00usd on this! I said no, and explained how different the item is and I expect a full refund. They came back and apologized and said they could give me an 8.00usd refund. Again I refused. They came back and said they are a small customer service company and can only offer 11.00usd. I again refused and said they need to bring this up to a manager because this was unacceptable. They wrote back saying they are sorry they could not satisfy my inquiry and unpleasant shopping experience. So that’s it I guess. I should have known better and I went against my better judgment and ordered from a company I initially knew nothing about. So buyer beware, their customer service is a joke. Better to find somewhere else with a better reputation that to lose your money with this scam of a company.

Recently purchased this lantern, and Im impressed with its exceptional quality. The build is robust, and the light output is consistently bright. Provides great performance, definitely a solid investment for any adventurer.

Site is one big scam order never arrived and customer service sucks a lot they dont want to help to find the order ... think twice before tou order on this crapy site !
