Awful experience, avoid avoid. Ordered a glass splash back and 3 and a half months later I haven’t received it, the email contact address on the website doesn’t exist and I’ve been fobbed off 6 times by the same lady when I’ve called who claims the man who deals with them is out and will call me back. Avoid.

Allan is a complete liar makes promises said he was off sick etc etc. Said that to another customer and completely different time. Never in my life have come across such an appalling Company they'll probably close and open trading under a different name which allan has done before. Now have to wait 30 days for the bank to investigate to get my money back

Ordered tops for all the furniture in our bedrooms as it was looking a bit tired and was marked.
Received within the time frame promised and makes the furniture look like new - went through Coloured Glass for this as in the past I ordered clear glass to protect my living room furniture and had no problems with the delivery of this. The glass was beautifully clear, protects my furniture and makes it look classy

Please avoid this crook at all costs, Allan Moores is the owner, he also owns a company called Colourplas. I ordered over £2000 worth of splashbacks and have never received a single thing. I had one reply to countless emails and calls saying the order is being processed. These were ordered in December last year. I have a CCJ in place and am chasing this crook through debt recovery. AVOID.

I ordered a small splash back on 30/10/21 and still nothing received and the phone number on the website says no longer in service - avoid

Ordered a splashback that was meant to be colour matched to a Dulux paint, but when it came it completly wrong, this was confirmed by them in a follow up email. After that radio silence.I've sent over 10 emails asking them to remeody the situation or refund me, but no response. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a splashback in July, and i have emailed, phoned, left messages, used the website for feedback but despite taking my money, i still haven't received my splashback or any communication from them. Don't use!

We received a fantastic service from Colouredglass, with great communication and a product delivered within good time, well packaged and of the highest quality.

I wish I had looked on here before I ordered from this company - my experience has been exactly the same as that of the other reviewers. Hands down the most appalling service I have ever encountered.

After almost 4 months I still don't have a backsplash I can use. Countless phone calls result in nothing but lies (on the rare occasion that they actually pick up the phone). Emails are not answered, voicemails are not returned, and they will say anything to get you off the phone without actually carrying any of it through.

Original order was delivered late and was not what I ordered. Replacement was supposedly 'lost by the courier' for over a month and then delivered, again late, with a fault. I was promised a refund of the £20 delivery charge for that issue over two months ago, which has also not happened. I am still waiting for the fault with the replacement backsplash to be rectified and the company has now stopped taking calls entirely - even their voicemail is no longer in operation.

I have wasted many days off work waiting for promised deliveries that never arrived, made countless phone calls, left voicemails and sent emails - all to no avail.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered and paid for glass in October 2015 and was advised 14 days delivery. We are now mid Feb 2016 and still no top, They are better at telling fairy stories than Hans Anderson. If you can eventually get through on the phone, they hang up on you as soon as they realise who it is, but usually you don't get through and they don't reply to emails. If you need coloured glass use any other company but these.

Once the glass that they measured was delivered and turned out to be wrong we have not had anything from them. 20% of our splashbacks do not fit. Allan Moores the director seems to have been associated with several other glass businesses and is still a director of Almo Glass. they list an address in Ashton where there is no-one and an address in Bury that he has used for other businesses. BUYER BEWARE
