I was unable to use the cartridges'
I was unable to use the cartridges'. Several electronic tab parts came off and was not sure on how to reglue. Also the printer did not recognize the cartridges that were intact.

Having issues with cartridges and I have reached out multiple times with no answer. Paper work inside said to email and nothing. The cartridges cause errors on my HP 8600. The yellow and Cyan are the ones causing errors.
