Good price, problem with delivery
The price was really good, and the quality and speed of service was satisfactory as well. However, my print job arrived in a box that appeared to be damaged, and the corners of the entire print job were "crushed" on one side. I guess this is more the problem of the delivery company (FedEx) but I think Colorcopiesusa could have maybe packed my order a little better to avoid this.

The printing is inconsistent
The printing is inconsistent, not centered, some tablets skewed to the left, some to the right. The cardboard backing is on the from, sometimes there are two backs-- on the front and the back. Wow.
(responding to their response). I did not know there was a refund. I don't think I was a particularly needy customer, and I very rarely leave poor ratings. Given your quick response, I am upping the score. Note: great customer service happens usually when there is an issue, not when all goes well. So thank you.

This is the 15th year I have utilized Color Copies USA and Sergio and Viviana for my award-winning, internationally-acclaimed magazine. Those guys are incredible. The magazine prints with really sharp colors and prints exactly as the PDF. Hundreds (hundreds, not dozens) of friends and relatives look forward to receiving it each year. The printing is also punctual. Can’t wait until next year!

ColorCopiesUSA deliver!! I ordered my copies and they arrived even sooner than expected. The copies are beautiful, paper is quality. It was half the cost of having copies made at a local print shop, even with shipping cost. It's my go-to for color copies!
