Quality Wheels DT Swiss/Bear Pawl E593 Rear wheel
They had a somewhat rare wheel I wanted for a dirt jumper project. They had it for $18.00 cheaper than anyone else. I assumed it would be a drop ship from a distributor warehouse, but it was here in just a few days with Colorado Cyclist on the return address for the shipping label. Great experience. This was my first purchase from them, but will definitely not be my last. The new wheel fixed a variety of problems I had all at once - freewheel to freehub conversion, female hub instead of male (bolt on), and runs straight and true. As a result of getting this all fixed, I will be racing this bike this weekend in a pump track race. Exceptional first experience. A+

Don’t believe the website or shipping dates!
Purchased a high end brake set that was listed as in stock ready to ship. Needed item for a weekend race, after two business days they stated item still had not shipped, after a third day they stated they were doing an IT update and everything was behind. They did give me a refund, but they are deceptive with items labeled in stock. If it seems like a good deal, don’t believe the website. They don’t have a phone line either. Spend an extra dollar and go with a reputable company. Colorado Cyclist was bought out and is just a drop ship company now. They don’t actually have a brick and mortar store. Search the internet and you’ll find other related issues like mine.
To be fair with this review they do answer emails once a day, but it frustrating not being able to talk with a human.

SLOW PROCESSING
They post shipping times as 1-3 days but fail to mention they'll sit on your order for days before processing it. Probably fine if you don't the need the item right away, but not if you need it in a timely manner. Also even though they have yet to ship my item they claim there is no way to cancel the order. You haven't it pulled it to ship yet you should be able to cancel it. Shipping price is a scam based on this.

Over all pleased, however the pedals I received are different than those in the pic, normally I would have returned them but I destroyed the packaging. I also emailed a question about the rear axel and have yet to receive a response. I have ridden the bike and I love it.

You sent me two warped tires which I didn't look close enough until after I pulled off of the attached company stickers. I had to use them because I pulled off the company stickers and destroyed them. The tires could not go onto the wheels in a balanced way because they are warped.
