I thought I had paid for my renewal
I thought I had paid for my renewal, but it didn't go through. Got an email and a call from one of their wonderful representatives to let me know. She guided me in how to obtain a new 26-27 policy. The payment went through. I could have been in a tough spot with my licensing had she not let me know.
