Unbelievable

Unbelievable. Weeks after order was placed I contacted and asked where it was. The tone of the reply was ordinary. Collins then emailed me and said they had “charged me cost accidentally “ and could I pay $9.90 extra. No…. I had to sit on them daily to make it happen. Now apparently it’s been delivery. To a shopping centre. Not to my address (why did I even give it). Never again.
Also —- they don’t have this stock. They advised that “NNT take X days to deliver”. So they are ordering from company - days - then delivering to you - years. Dodgy.

Selling stock they don't have.

I ordered a pair of work boots over a week ago.
Before ordering I went online and used their online chat - I specifically asked if the boots in size 8 Pink were in stock here in Australia and I was told YES. So I placed the order.
Now a week later they are telling me they are coming from a different warehouse - this is the exact response I got from them -

"The system enters it automatically from the Melbourne warehouse however if you want it sent from another warehouse you need to actually manually ask them to do it"

I have no idea what they are talking about. I thought the stock was coming from Melbourne and expected it within a few days.
Now I am in the process of trying to get a refund.

However several months prior I tried to purchase the same boots from Brand House Direct and about 6 weeks later got a refund but during that time I was receiving the exact same responses that I am now getting from Collins therefore I have to wonder if they are the same company.
Obviously the shoes are not in Australia and are coming from overseas.

Horrible company to deal with

Horrible company to deal with. There delivery takes forever they have no customer service or contact number, email only. Return fees double each return, paid $43 to return two items which were wrong size. Sad this service happens in Australia, surprised if legal. Avoid at all costs. Stressful

Dreadful

I ordered 2 dresses, despite being advised 1 had been posted it later turned out neither had, eventually I got 1 and it was too small I asked to return it for a refund. The 2nd dress arrived also too small, I have now emailed them around 8 times asking for details to return the items for a refund and all I keep getting is offers of discount if I order something else. Dreadful experience and very stressful

A terrible shopping experience

I am extremely disappointed with my shopping experience at Collins Melbourne. I ordered a dress that was supposed to be sent via Aus Post Express, but it took over 10 days to arrive. This meant I didn’t have it in time for the event I had planned to wear it to. When I contacted customer service about the delay, they blamed it on Black Friday, but every other item I purchased around the same time arrived on time.

To make matters worse, they were not helpful at all when I asked about tracking the item. After I complained, it miraculously showed up via courier, which only added to my frustration. Upon receiving the dress, I was also disappointed by the poor quality. The fabric felt cheap, and there were threads hanging from it.

I won't be shopping here again, and I will be sharing my experience with others. It’s a shame, as I had high hopes, but this has left me with no confidence in their service or products
