I have been waiting for two weeks, but I still have not received any proper resolution. Instead, I feel like I am being repeatedly questioned and ignored.

My payment has been held, I have not received the item, and I have not received my full refund either. I clearly explained that if the parcel is missing or lost, I simply want my full payment returned.

Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, I have been asked the same questions repeatedly and given different explanations each time. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

This is the first year I have been responsible for our green. The help, advice and products from Colliers has been a big part of the great green to bowl on. Sally is always there with help when you need it. Great company to deal with.

Update: I have received call from the manufacturer with whom Collier Turf Care put me in contact, I received replacement product

Goods delivered promptly but it would be helpful to have prior notification of delivery date and time
