Great service, was in very good hands through out my visit

I received a bag that was damaged in a way that was not shown in any of the images. The bag was completely torn in the top left corner and this was not evident whatsoever in the photos used to advertise the bag nor was it mentioned in the description. I will now have to get this fixed by myself and due to the severity of the tear it will be expensive to fix.

I am super happy about my Gucci bag which especially I managed to buy with a discount! The service was also great, girls contacted me after and provided care instructions and were super nice. Why only 4 starts? We wanted to buy sister bag with my friend, just different colour, on the website both bags were on sale, but it turned out that there was one more bag exactly like that, but without discount…however, I couldn’t see that condition was different…and my friend didn’t get discount and didn’t buy the bag :( I hope that for future cases you can be a little bit more flexible. But I love your shop, and hopefully we will manage to buy sister bags :)

As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be incredibly helpful to include pictures of the bag being worn to get a better sense of its size and scale. My experience with the purchase was amazing from the start till the end.

I was looking for a bag for my graduation, a gift from me to me - as my inspo Alex Russo taught me ;).

We had a wonderful experience when my sister bought a Fendi baguette in their shop in Copenhagen so I was sure that I wanted my first vintage and designer bag to be shipped and certified by them.

Their website allows you to filter bags for brands, model, colors, etc... so finding the perfect bag did not take me long - I found my Fendi Mamma Baguette in a few hours.
The price was already SUPER GOOD (920 euros for a very good condition iconic bag) and I was also able to use the discount code arriving when you register and ended up paying the bag 820!!

The order and the payment were easy to complete and I received a confirmation email right after the payment.
Then, as soon as the order was handed to the courier they sent me the tracking number.
The order was shipped the working day right after the order was placed, and of course from Denmark to Italy it took some days (7 working days). In these days I got kinda anxious because there were a couple of days where my package seemed to not be moving from the same location, so I reached out to Collector's Cage support email and Maria was extremely helpful and kind. She double and triple checked for me that everything was fine and we kept in touch until today, when the bag arrived.

The bag arrived in a cute box with the certificate of authenticity and also with cute stickers and thank you messages!!

Not all of the bags I was interested in were available in the store, but the staff went above and beyond by arranging for them to be brought from another location in the city so I could compare all my favorite options before making a decision.
