I think the collective shift being a young company trying hard to give all known information to it's members. They are very transparent and dealing honestly with the members.

I get what I need out of it and would recommend for simple honest information

I love the like minded people. The simple approach towards creating a strategy in an industry that has a lot of noise. The information and research around different projects has been great in choosing investments. The what’s app groups have been great with up dates and general crypto chats.

I have been a member with collective shift since the beginning. From humble beginnings to what is now an established well run crypto advisory platform with an ever growing great team, servicing likeminded crypto investors. It provides multi tier services dependant on your needs and net worth. Ben has spear headed the charge using honesty, integrity, humility and drive to continue to reinvest back into the business, to ensure collective shift has an amazing team who are aligned with their vision to provide financial freedom to its Clients. Having made every possible mistake in the book and then sometimes again, I can honestly say that having non biased advise in a high volatility asset is critical to success, unless your an investing genius. Removing the noise, zooming back and providing advise that is sometimes counter intuitive at the time is critical to managing emotions and making the right financial decisions. The conferences are a great opportunity to meet the other clients, share stories, learn from each and the presenters. Recently Rebecca was brought onto the team and she has been great to talk to and assist wherever necessary. Time as we know is the enemy and in such a fast moving space, having subject matter experts, ensure agile decisions can be made and often the largest moves happen in a small period of time. The what’s app groups and weekly video updates help ensure the flow of information is upto date and relevant. There is a constant theme of self improvement so anything that isn’t working or could work better is reimagined. I wouldn’t be anywhere else and look forward to where collective shift and this asset class take us all.

Im trying to exercise the 30 day refund guarentee but no one will respond. Not a good feeling. Its been 3 weeks now.

UPDATE: After replying to one of the workshop invite email I got a response from CS. Apparently, you have to go to the "money back guarentee url" to exercise the 30 day refund - however this url is not published anywhere. (I cant provide it here as TrustPilot dont allow links in reviews)

Collective Shift should probably add this url to their "Help Centre" part of their site. It isnt mentioned in the "cancel your subscription", where I tried to cancel mine originally to exercise the refund. Apparently I was an idiot to try that method.

Saying all this - the refund was pretty easy after contact was established. So I withdraw the bad experience review :) Now 3 stars. Dont use the "Cancel your subscription" form - use the chat or support email address.

I am truly pleased with the advice the Collective Shift team gives its members. Simple-to-understand updates, insightful research and honest opinions given regularly to the members have allowed me to navigate the increasingly complex cryptocurrency landscape with ease.

After a very informative onboarding experience which guides you through the many features of the CS website, there was a tonne of resources to read or listen to.
The team is very proactive, providing their insights to members whenever crypto makes the headlines for whatever reason.
My portfolio has also enjoyed a bit of a boost in the short time I’ve been a member so far.
