My first purchase/pre order
Honestly, very happy with the service provided with these guys. I pre ordered my purchase back in November and delivery dates were pretty vague but that was with everywhere offering the pre order not just Collectable Kingdoms so I appreciate that they gave as much info about when to expect my item so I was stuck waiting but as soon as they got it in stock, I was notified right away and my item came in no time! Very prompt, very reliable.

Wonderful company
Wonderful company. Excellent service. Excellent product that always turns up in perfect condition. I have spent quite a bit of money here, and wouldn't hesitate to spend more due to the trust that they have built up. They always include a nice note and bag of sweets with every package.

Great Stuff
Hey guys, excellent item and service, usually nervous about ordering high priced items form sellers I have not used before but no worries here.
Item arrived in good time and in a good box with enough packing tape in place to keep it together (a thing that some sellers skimp on) and sent with tracking.
Thanks folks, no worries about ordering again.

The product is awesome; the shipping notso awesome
The product is awesome, and emails were plentiful although kept on going into my junk folder. However tracking was impossible as there was no communication so I wasn't sure when the product was arriving. Upon arrival the delivery box the item came in seemed flimsy and the product box itself had a damaged corner and was squashed slightly, but that was probably due to courier service. Contents were fine so I'm still a happy chappy.

Fast shipping but poor packing and returns
Fast shipping; but item arrive damaged, in a makeshift box. It would cost a third of the the price to send it back in postage due to the size. They gave one eighth refund.

With reviews like the one Aaron has given us here, it actully give us an oppurtunity to show how awesome we actully are! Within minutes of Aaron emailing us to say the box was damaged on arrival, we expressed our appologies that it had been damaged in transit and offered Aaron 2 options, Return for a full refund or he could keep the figure and we'd refund the postage costs. Aaron selected the postage refund. After this Aaron was obviously not happt with his choice so decided to leave this awesome review. We've emailled him again to confirm we will fully refund his order and return postage if he'd like to return, we wait with baited breath....

Item ordered was significantly cheaper than anywhere else that were selling it (and was still much cheaper even when adding on the post and packaging cost!)!
Ordered on a Saturday and it arrived just 3 days later! Arrived in perfect condition, securely packed and fully bubble wrapped!
Will buy from this company again in the future!
