Excellent service from Collect1, really happy with the team and I highly recommend them if you're looking to move houses.

We booked Collect1 moving service when moving houses 2 weeks ago. I have so much nice things to say about the experience it might exceed word count, here are the main bits:
- The van was spacious, clean, and equipped with a moving trolley and enough ropes to tie loose items if needed
- The team was very careful, none of our furniture, walls and floors were scratched. As we had already repainted the walls in the old flat, we were quite nervous about all the moving but the team handled everything with such care
- The move was very quick, I had some loose items that weren't boxed up yet - the team helped with that very efficiently as well
- We definitely had more than we booked for to move, and the team was very accomodating and flexible
- The move was very quick, and we're all settled in the new home without sweat thanks to these guys!

Very professional, polite and made easy work of moving a sofa from London to Yorkshire all in a day. Great job! Would recommend.

I asked Collect1 to transfer the personal items of my son who is studying in London and had to change his home in the same city. Charlie immediately replied, who with great courtesy and competence organized the move in a short time and solved every problem. Thanks to all the staff.

Auction house failed to hand over entire contents of lot, which meant that van had to return to collect missing items. Unfortunate, but in no way your driver's fault. Still delivered on time! Auction house has offered to recompense me for additional charge incurred, so all's well that ends well.
