I had purchased a blanket and pillow for my daughter

I had purchased a blanket for my daughter for Christmas. Then in February for her birthday in March I did a pillow which she had received and loved loved! Then the Tornado hit the wee hours of the morning March 3, 2020.
In a moment my daughter lost EVERYTHING. Everything including the house, gone and/or destroyed. She is devastated. Only pictures that are left are on the projects done. I called customer service and to my surprise, replaced at no charge. I am amazed at not only the products but their kindness and compassion. Thank you collage.com!
The gal I spoke with was AMAZING!
Her name sounded like Marilynn. I am bad with names....sorry

I placed a order on January 31st. Was promised my order by the 13 of February and still no order has arrived. The tracking has no date of delivery and order is still sitting in one spot. Never again will i order from college.com

Absolutely terrible with delivery.
I placed my order on 10 December and was promised delivery at the latest on 16 January (because it's an international order and they dont even have the option for expedited delivery). To date (20 January) I have received nothing at all. Not only that, they are unwilling or unable to locate my package. Evidently it has vanished. But there's more: they wont reprint and deliver via DHL or any similar service. But also that's not all: they expect me to be thankful for trying to get a refund (not yet received) and they have the audacity to send the spam email asking if the recipient liked the gift: no, my husband did not get his birthday gift. THE ABSOLUTE BEST PART: THEY DELETED MY REVIEW ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA AND THEY BLOCKED ME. Good reviews may be genuine but they cannot be trusted when any negative review is deleted.

I Am having a horrible experience

I have had a horrible experience the customer service team does not help
At all. My order was supposed to be here dec. 17
It is Jan 2
I watched my item float all over the east coast for seven days then across to Washington then back East then to a barge in Washington
They shipped via ups to parcel post ( parcel select ) I chose expedited and paid expedited but nothing they keep ignoring the situation

I ordered a blanket for my…

I ordered a blanket for my granddaughter it was her first Christmas. I recieved the blanket and it was damaged on the back
I emailed the company and I explained and uploaded a picture of the back of the blanket. They immediately responded and sent out another replacement to me. I am very pleased with the company and hiw they handled my situation and I recommend this company to everyone.

Terrible

Terrible, appalling customer service. I was told I’d have an order by Christmas Eve. I was sent an email with no estimated delivery date. When I finally got a hold of Someone two days later they promised rush Shipping as soon as printed. I just received an email that it was sent via standard shipping. Had it been sent rush, I’d have had it in time to give to my daughter before she went back to her home out of state. Absolutely terrible.

Exclent Customer Service

I ordered 3 mugs from collage.com when they arrived the looked amazing the printing was top quality I couldn't have been happier until I noticed a small misprint on one. So I contacted customer service and they were quick effective and easily got me a replacement shipped out to me. Everyone makes mistakes but its what you do to correct them that counts and I was very happy with how this was handled and I will definitely be using this website again.

Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever.

Their customer service is so bad it's a joke. Even after sending in proof that I was sent the wrong item, I had 2 different people try to tell me I was wrong and that I did received the right thing.

After much struggle I received a code to make another order of the same product. They did not offer faster shipping, or do anything to try and make up for their mistake, so I have to wait another 8 or so days just to see if they actually get me what I ordered. If not I will have to get my money back through my credit card.

Garbage company, garbage people, it is so bad that I am actively seeking out places to give this garbage place a bad review.

easy to use

I tried to use Shutterfly but couldn’t navigate their system for some reason. Maybe because I’m getting old. I tried collage.com and it went seamlessly. The product was delivered today. Start to finish it only took about 5 days. I am amazed.

Overpriced and dishonest shipping charges

A standard sized printer paper photo book costs you $9.99 to ship and this is way higher than actual shipping for media mail by USPS. If you order more than one book say 3 for example which could all be shipped in the same box they still charge you $9.99 for each book ripping you off. It does not cost $30 to ship 3 little books. Their standard starting price is $50 bucks! Ouch! Any additional pages over 20 pages costs $1 per page. Easily you can be over $100 for a small thin book.

Someone from this company needs to pay attention to these reviews about the rude female customer service agent,, Karen. Exceptional customer Service and great products

We ordered phone cases from them and when one of the phone cases cracked , we sent out an email and customer service was exceptional , they responded fast and gave us a free replacement right away. Photo books fine but shipping OUTRAGEOUS!

I purchased a Groupon for a hardcover photo book from Collage.com. I found the layout tool to be somewhat unwieldy but put together what I thought was a very nice book. Upon checking out, I found that Collage.com recoups its earnings on the Groupon deal through shipping - I was charged $30 to send three books to the same address. I think it's outrageous and disingenuous to operate that way. Upon chatting with a "customer service" rep, found her to be unhelpful and even a bit snarky about my concern. Will never shop at this site again.
