Cela fait maintenant quelques années que je n’ai pas le choix de me faire livrer par les services de Colis Privé et que je contaste le manque de professionnalisme de leurs services. Colis déchiré, non livré car ne trouve pas l’adresse (DPD, GLS,.. y parviennent), Si c’est pour attendre ça d’un service de livraison proposé directement le point relais comme ça on est sure d’avoir son colis un jour.
For several years now, I have had no choice but to use Colis Privé’s delivery services, and I keep noticing the lack of professionalism in their service. Torn packages, non-delivered parcels because they supposedly can’t find the address (while DPD, GLS, etc. manage to), if that’s what we’re getting from a delivery service, they should at least offer a pickup point directly, that way we’d be sure to actually receive our package someday

Repeated unnecessary ringing at the door
I live in an apartment on the 4th floor. The delivery driver rings the doorbell, and we indicate that the package can be left inside. Shortly after, he rings again. I then inform him that I am coming downstairs. Despite clearly stating this, he continues to ring again, even while I am already stepping into the elevator.
I find this repeated and unnecessary ringing disrespectful. I have clearly communicated multiple times that I am on my way down, yet I am not given the time to reach the ground floor before the doorbell is rung again.
When I addressed this with the delivery person, he explained that it is an Amazon requirement and that he must hand the package over personally, which I understand. However, this does not explain why no consideration is given to the fact that I am already on my way down.
This is not the first time, it has now happened three times in a row. I find this very frustrating and disappointing. I hope more consideration will be given to timing and communication in the future.
