Once again Colis Privé does not deliver! after 10 days they are telling me to travel 40 mins from my home to collect said parcel.. BUT it wont arrive there for another 5 days!! Apparently I have requested this change of delivery!! I don think so.

it is so typical in summer in this part of france that this happens all the time. Who are they employing for these jobs? Waste of time when sellers use this company.

First info about my delivery was after it had been "delivered and signed for". No other info, or chance to arrange to be home or suggest a neighbour who would be home.. Actually left in front of the house, effectively on the street in middle of Brussels, at risk of theft for a few hours, no signing ever took place: total lie.

You didn't notified me on advance when you are bringing the package in my place. The package was small enough to fit in my mail box and instead you decided to sent it 6km far away from my address, while I payed for you to bring it at my exact home address. I lost money, I lost time because you didn't bother to do a normal, simple delivery.

Because your driver did not seem to have a post box key, my parcel was left on top of a dustbin in the full sun. I was at home, so he could have delivered it safely to the door.

I wrote a claim and never got an answer.
We never received the box (299€ value) in our box letter as it was written . On top of that it was too big to out inside !!. The day of the delivery were at home and not been called although our phone number was correctly indicated. It is a very very bad experience!!

Horrible delay !!!!!!!! Do NOOOT use this stuff. And 0 answer from their customer support even 24hrs later , what kind of standards is this ??

It arrived on time with no fuss

My package was delivered a day in advance, in my mail box. Then I was notified of my delivery! Excellent.

First they didn't deliver it at our home, then I choose a pick up shop and I went there to pick it up, it looked like the driver was sitting on the package. The cover of the vinyl record has a big bend on the corner, luckily nothing happend to vinyl record itself. Last time you didn't deliver at all in the time frame and I got my money back from Amazon. I guess it's time to choose better personel, that delivers home, as they should. Maybe they should also take care not to damage the goods.

What an stupid company... i wasnt home, delevery ticket in the mailbox with zero information.. none of the options on the notice was ticked.. so what im a supposed to do, visit the neibors, check all pickuppoints in the neighborhood?

Absolute trash delivery service, they never call or text you and then show a failed attempt to deliver. You ask to drop the colis in a self pick-up location, they don't even know their OWN chosen pick-up locations they SHOW AVAILABLE on their website are temporarily closed. Then they send back your parcel to the sender without ever calling you. And you can't do nothing, they just tell you to contact the sender. TRASH COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST.

Even though I pay to be delivered to my front door, every now and then they leave it at the pick up point. Their excuse is that nobody was home but there is always someone home. So they are lazy and just take all the packages there and leave them to be picked up. Terrible service. Had to carry heavy mirrors many blocks... and paid extra for home delivery never getting my money back.
Usually it's used by DHL or UPS. They should switch to another company!

Delivered on time in good condition, no fuss, no problems.

There was not attempt to deliver the parcel to my home, where I was sitting all day waiting for it. In the late afternoon I got an email that the parcel had been delivered to a collection point on the other side of the city from my home. To pick it up would require an Uber, or various modes of transport across the city.
They had the nerve to say they had made an attempt at my home. If this is so, why did they not leave a notice? Obviously the driver was overworked, or just lazy, and didn't even come to my part of the city.
