Never rang my door bell and then said that my delivery couldn't be deliverd

Not a good level of service. It was slow and never indicated any timeline for receipt of the package. Even in the day of delivery, just told it would be delivered , but no idea as to the time of day, morning or evening , nor a window to be available in the house.

Delivery was handled with care and timely oriented

each time my amazon orde reaches them my hart some pulses. On average, 80 % of the time I run into some issues. They are not able to deliver to the central magazin of the university, and drop my stuf in the most sketchy drop off points. Last time i found my package with RAM behind a frame, storred behid a rack in a drop off point " sons particulier in elsene" after two hours of searching in a smoke filled messy place audio repairs shop. Stay away !!!! today I lost my gloves... These people should realy up their game cause it can not get any worse!

Twice I got a message my delivery was delayed and asked to plan in a new one. Twice they said they couldn't delver, without further explenation. They only said to plan in a new one, what I did. Very unprofessional service!!!

Always receive my parcels from UK on time, in my mailbox or at the relais I choose, without a problem. The tracking functions perfectly and they deliver so fast.

I received a message from them saying "We are pleased to inform you that your CAINIAO package XXXXX has been delivered to your mailbox." However, there's nothing in my mailbox and it's not a confusing one. It's at the entrance of the building, extremely clearly marked with displayed names. So, I received nothing, but thanks to Colis Prive the sender thinks that I did.

I had a confirmed delivery date of 28 March and like so many other people have complained here about, I stayed at home and waited all day (very annoying in itself as they give no timeframes just 8am-7pm) and no one showed and there was no communication. I also have security cameras at front door bell so there was definitely no show at all.

I'd just moved into my new flat and my name wasn't on the interphone yet. The driver took the time to go into the building and look for my letterbox.

Wow Worst than B-Post is an achievement. Pretended to ring the door bell and then left. Everyone was home.

The parcel was not delivered to the specified address. Instead, for some reason, it was left at a pickup point at another location, which forced me to spend my personal time traveling there to collect it.”

Every time the company says an attempt has been made to deliver, so they can blame customers for late deliveries. Then codes being sent out seems to be hit and miss and the attitudes of the delivery staff is offensive and sometimes aggressive. You raise an issue and they do not respond or take their operatives word without question. they are not to be trusted edit they then send an automated apology and contact address, complaints to which often remain unanswered. My parcel was send to a collection point, they asked the name of the company ‘catastrophe’ was th answer they gave me.
